今天到货，傻眼了。发现有4个buttons，上面一排写着四个speeds，下面一排写着四个
speeds，也就是一个button对应两个speed。下面还有一个滑动按钮，可以选折low和
high。是不是low对应四个speeds，high又对应另外一排speeds呢？
顺便再问各个speed都适合用来干什么呢？

做smoothie要加icecube的吗？加的话是不是先放icecube用icecrush先打碎再加水果用
amoothie档？
如果水果是frozen的也用icecrush一档吗？

油热了放肉片炒一炒，放生抽老抽葱，炒一炒，放豆角炒一炒，加水，刚没过豆角就好。
水开了把水盛出来剩一点水在锅内，下面。我买的阳春面，鲜面条不是干的面条，面铺
在豆角上转小火焖，每隔两分钟把盛出的水浇在面上，焖15分钟左右水收干了关火放香
油和蒜粒 开吃！
