60卡路里的小份酸奶一个
下午加餐：10几个Cherry。
晚饭：泡菜豆腐
运动30分钟椭圆机，30分钟登山机，
运动后加餐：fat free 牛奶一杯，跟俺家猫咪分了。

大概介绍一下事件背景，休斯敦姚明俱乐部搞了看球活动，30刀费用
20刀球票费，10刀说是和姚明合影
我去了现场，领到球票，面值的确20刀， 排队和姚明照了像
属于大概20人一组的合影， 有一个比较专业的照相
所谓专业，也就是用了个带闪光灯的单反， 估计50D＋430ex一类的
另外就是一些俱乐部的工作人员也在一旁用dc拍，比如什么场合都会出现的Alex就在拍
照完立刻要求离开，我身边一个人掏出一她儿子照片想yao签名的，也马上被保安赶走
。估计这次的全部不签名，不然没完了。
我是倒数第几组拍的，等到全部人都拍完了， 俱乐部和一些侨领就和姚明合照几张
我出来时候有人问怎么拿照片，被告之会通知何时何地领照片，
在哪里买的票就去哪里领照片
好了，今天三和老板跳出来发帖子（houdragon，应该就是三和老板把，错了我改正）

前三场都是三SET, 每场打了近三个小时. 其中都有一个SET都打到Tiebreak.很接近.
1.比赛中自己失误还是偏多. 虽然有更多的WINNER, 也是比赛时间很长的一个原因. 4.
0的比赛, 还是首先要减少失误.
2.慢热, 有两场比赛都是先失一盘才扳回来. 原因是准备不足, 一周没打就好象忘记所
有节奏. 场上无所适从的感觉. 以后一定有早到, 准备充分.
3.反手有进步, 第三场碰到的人其实满厉害. 用sampras的orignal prostaff 6.0. 发
球上网, 动作很好, 压着我的反手. 上来就打我个6:1. 不过后来我就一律功其反手.
耐心的跟他磨. 回发球削球比较有把握. 回球尽量低而下坠. 增加他上网的难度. 使他
失误. 他越打越frustrate. 开始乱发脾气, 摔拍子砸球网, 我不为所动, 直到胜利.
经验: 碰到比你好的人, 不要慌, 再厉害的人也是有弱点的. 如果他全面都比你好, 输
了也心服口服. 没有什么可遗憾的. 要先发制人, 攻其弱点, 当然你自己也要保护好弱
点. 攻的时候不能失误. |

100$ raise preflop and there were straddle . So the pot is 430$ preflop.
Onec factor we may consider when making these decision that the stack
in the game was so deep and the game was very loose. The game had a few new
comers/fishes , not much balance needed. I agree that a lot of online
cash players think too much about balance in live game.

up, u are playing kk like ak. With the stack size, and a relatively safe
board, I think the primary goal here is to stack someone with worse like 10s
js or any shit hand a live fish can come up with. The question is how.

I had a chance to throw away my hand on the turn when the orignal raiser
raised $125, it should not be that difficult to sense his hand on this
connected board. Too bad I did not grasp the chance to fold.
By the way, actually I had a hand 66 in a 3/5 live, and the flop came
exactly 633 as the example you gave, one guy had a 3 and I slow played my
monster 66. Very unfortunately the river was another 3 :) I sensed that he

I am not affended at all, just got swamped these days for my PhD proposal wo

The offtime problem is actually my fault. The music track was added later af
ter the video was taken because the orignal sound was too noisy. But I don't
have the music played that day, so I have to try a few songs and choose the
closest one with their dances.
