1-888-722-9337 ext844，电话打多了后来只用一句话: Ordered once, always double
bills.
Tips: 记下打电话的（被transfer的）号码。不要用了ebill就忘记了检查junk mails。
不要指望一个电话解决。
以前听说他们家服务烂，其实是管理太烂。
我在网上订了裸DSL，没要任何设备，第二天确认的email确说还订了无线路由，U-vers
e等等。我的地址U-verse不available，下订单的时候网页就明确告诉了。
打电话过去询问，agent1说改，但是只能把原来的order cancel掉，重新电话里面开通
一个正确的。反复确认了没有多加设备，promotional也是一样的。
几天后收到两份welcome package，第一份是那个cancel的order的，按promotional的价
格。第二份是新开的按原价。打电话过去，agent2说ign居然处理了快3个月才收到bill
，ore第一份order的材料。

in the 80's, small chinese factories are set up all over the country to
extract low grade materail from the ore and then selling them to (mostly)
japan at very low margins
because the price was so so cheap, it was nothing to the japs they just
bought up tons of them and store away in a warehouse
after thirty years or so the chinese goverment started to realize this is a

extraction with phospherous based ligands, it is a multi step extraction
process that produces a lot of (toxic)waste, then the ligands got burned
away in high temperature oven to give the low grade product
as oxides ---- which they sell to japan
japan has to further refine the oxides through (electric) reduction to get
the metal that can be used
japan will never sell the technology it developed for the final step -- |

In terms of finance, it means more cash and share dilution. The market
response apparently is overstated.

definitely not sacrifice its own benefit to help other countries.
Without huge income from its mineral ores, Australia's economy may have
some problems.
Rare earth related stock will have some corrections (20or 30% back)in

Their business are quite different. Based on what I read from MSB's website,
its revenue highly depends on iron ore's price and it is prohibited from
operating any kind of business.
So it is just a lease and royalty collector-- kind of like a landlord. I
don't know much about this kind of trust and it seems that the agreement of
trust have a lot to do with its valuation.

isolated events. I have studied Chinese companies for more than a decade.
Out of all the stocks I've analyzed closely, I've only seen a handful I didn
