他们最后发现是邻居连到我们家的线可能断了，但是线在墙里面，他们需要拉一根新的
这就需要在墙上打个洞，需要hoa approval
于是问题来了，我们联系hoa好多天了,hoa要么没人接，要么接了电话态度很差
我们也找了committee的人，开始还帮忙，现在要我们直接找hoa
我们好歹一年也交了几千给hoa,还要看他们的脸色，请问有什么有效解决问题办法？
家里的网已经断了一个月了。。。

如果儿童对乳制品过敏，那么耳部感染就一直会复发。
找一本new optimum nutrition bible.中文译本叫营养圣经。里面有关于耳部感染的详
细营养调理方法。而且还有针对儿童的部分。 |

多数都是用spray drying，就是一个大stainless steel的罐子，从下面往上喷热空气
，从上面往下喷高速离心的液体奶，这样，液体奶的droplet很快就被烘干了，到
droplet掉到罐底时就已经成了粉末。因为罐体本身温度也很高，所以很有可能有液体
droplet被喷到罐身上，受热时间过厂而引起焦糖化反应（所谓的褐变）。这应该属于
产品本身的defect，但一般厂家在追求质量和效益的平衡间会允许一定百分比的defect
。而有些妈妈们提到的一些品牌的奶粉不好冲泡开，就是因为在spray drying过程中一
些工艺条件的设定没有使得rehydration ratio达到optimum，这也是平衡质量和效益的
结果。
我个人比较倾向于相信是干燥过程中产生的一些defects，不过如果妈妈们不放心可以
向相关机构complain. |
