意的是，这些专利是由谷歌转让给HTC的。
此外，HTC还修改了此前向美国国际贸易委员会提交的起诉书，添加苹果侵犯三项
专利等内容。这三项专利分别来自Openwave和Palm。
美国专利商标局的文件显示，谷歌9月1日向HTC移交了9项专利。这些专利原归Palm
、摩托罗拉和Openwave所有，后被谷歌收购。
苹果此前凭借丰厚的专利储备，频频起诉谷歌和Android设备厂商，将三星、摩托
罗拉移动和HTC等公司推上被告席。 |

还有，start up Procket在Tony Li的带领下，成功拿到澳大利亚电信这个大单，说明
start up的客户也并不总是小客户。事实上，一个成功发展起来的start up总有那么
几个大客户的。像Openwave, bytemobile等等也是例子。 |

gateway to translate and format the regular web page to the format that fits
your cell phone. of cause the gateway does more that just this.
openwave is the biggest provider for this kind of gateway.
you can ask your friends who use AT&T data services, if they have the same
issue, you may want to call the customer service to open a case |
