2. It took me half a year on and off to prepare for the exam, but the last thr

r level, once you got the reference book, you can go thru, and comparing it to
the exam guideline, then you will have a better idea.

It depends upon your boss.
If your boss is a fair one and appreciate your capability, he will satisfy
you if you raise the salary question.

everything is good.

2) i would try to tell how much decision power he has, like if he's a "

事情都应该主动去争取，要把握好主动的程度，但如果你完全不主动，老板绝不会没事
儿给你馅饼吃。从公司的角度看，升职证明你已经准备好承担更多责任，对工作有正面
影响；仅仅加薪就两说了。
说到底: 你和老板的关系如何，老板本人是什么类型的人，你的成就是否让老板也因你
出名能让他在他自己G&O里添上几条完成的，你在公司内各个部门综合的人际关系等决
定了你是否“准备好承担更多责任”，呵呵

Sorry that I cannot input chinese right now.I am so happy and want to share
the information. I got the RFE letter one month ago and asked a lot
questions on the board. Superant,laoda and many others gave very useful
suggestions. My lesson is that you should be responsible for your case and
don't rely too much on lawyer or HR.

MS这份面试完全是不堪他家HR每隔一段时间发信，然后几年前面试他家HR竟然消失不给
报销，本着要去把花掉的钱赚回来的走了一趟，结果误打误撞凭着上次换工作的基础，
成了。但是这个组感觉上有点TOUGH, 没有明确目标，每个人完全靠自己摸索来搞，尤
