can practice with ologist immediate a viable. many states opted out of the
ologist supervision and can practice independently this is not true for AA.
AA does not require nursing background and has lot of practice restriction
compared to CRNA. |

Earlier today President Clinton joined former advisor James Carville and his
XM Satellite Radio “60/20 “show co-host Luke Russert to discuss his NCAA

board certification is now called "in pulmonary medicine" and the
professional organization is called "american college of chest medicine."
Most divisions are now called "division of pulmonary medicine and critical
care."
Other specialties continue to prefer the -ology/-ologist convention, like gastroentorology. |

特瑞·夏沃（Terri Schiavo）是一位住在佛州的女士。根据法庭上所接受的医疗记录显
示，15年前（1990年2月25日），她可能因不健康的减肥行动，导致饮食失调，使血液中
的钾离子含量过低，引起了心跳停止。经过抢救，夏沃的心跳虽然恢复，但是大脑已严重
受损。她的眼睛虽然可以开闭，面部也有微笑或流泪的表情，但多数的神经科医师（neur
ologist）却断言这是“持续性植物人状态”（Persistent Vegetative State，PVS）的
反射动作。
1998年，夏沃的丈夫麦克（Michael Schiavo）由于看不到好转的希望，开始向法院申请
对妻子实施“安乐死”──拔除她的进食管（feeding tube）。但夏沃的父母却不同意这
