楼主发贴之后我就给楼主站内信问，是哪天大概几点坐哪里吃饭，由此我得出了是哪位
服务员服务他。应该是个1米78的高个子美女。而我要做的就是在那个服务员身上再多
加培养一下对客人的热情。那天我就已经发现高个美女老发愣了，她近来班太少，去外
地旅游了一星期，又大病初愈，而前前后来上班的时候都在跑菜，好久没打台了有点犯
生疏。她是我们这做事最马虎大条的人，有些客人非常喜欢她，但我认为是马虎大条和
误打误撞的结果，刚好魅力发挥到那桌客人上了，所以我要教她做事需要更加缜密细致
，面面俱到，对客人礼貌的同时要多加主动的关怀和热情。我跟服务员讲的是，okay的
服务，good的服务，和excellent的服务，给客人的感官差别很大，但其实你要做的事
情都差不多，就在你说话做事的一些细节里。她那天做的没问题，就是细节不够，所以
原本可以excellent的服务成了okay的服务。 |

我觉得“蓝领军”的户外活动（爬山、捡树叶、拣垃圾、水上活动、野外生存。。）是个很好的起点，这些年，目睹了国人渐富，孩子的营养和环境也越好，但是心里总是觉得，我们在很多地方远远地落后着，尤其是孩子的成长教育、意识、走势。。。
来之前，和小学的教导主任打过交道，我还是欣赏她的，和颜悦色，口齿伶俐，沟通到位，听她讲今后要取消中考，能否升入高中主要看平时成绩和其他才艺体育加分，我一方面觉得国内的教育确实在改革和提高，另一方面我仍然觉得艺体成绩加分带有强迫性（必须过级、取证），更主要的是孩子的动手能力、对学习的兴趣没有建立起来的话将来随波逐流去了大学，选择任何一个和毕业后择业几乎没关系的专业。。。毕业以后，一批怪怪的人才。。。 |

to your eye than the normal glasses, and the insert is also curved around

这种问题的出现，说明了原本这枪属于化隆造级别的，比以前秦朝的通用化刀箭还差劲
，工艺用粗制滥造来形容都有些客气了。后来，后来，后来，为了这把“世界十大名枪
”之一出口，洋大人，主要是小巴小柬小埃小索这些“大人”发话了，说第一，你这玩

Indeed the body burns the "sugar" stored from muscle before burning fat
. In that sense, you are not too off by saying the body burns muscle first.
But hell no, it is not actual "muscle" or "muscle tissue" that are burned at
this stage.
An over simplified order of how your body burns stuffs for energy is like
this:
free-body protein - coz the body does not really store protein
carb/sugars - from everywhere, including inside muscle

身高167，两个孩子，自然顺产，纯母乳喂养over 6 month. 所以我不存在因为不哺乳
而胖的可能。我胖纯粹都是因为我贪吃。生完老大之后我身材就走了样，体重一直维持
在158+/-磅。那个时候胖并快乐着，老公不嫌老娘喜欢我自己也觉得当妈的各个都应该

同事都跟我体型差不多，彼此天天看，谁也不觉得谁丑。我工作的地方有weight
watcher，每周二中饭时间meet一次，好些胖子员工都参加。我一个亲近的同事参加后
效果特别好于是我也就跟了进去。这是我第一次接触科学减肥的概念。
我们的讲员是个60多岁的老太太，她减掉了60磅，然后成为了WW的专职讲员。她有着丰
富的人生阅历，讲减肥总是会同时讲到人生。比如，她说，假如减肥，不吃薯条不吃冰
激凌，okay，没问题，一个月两个月一整年做的到都没有问题。可是一辈子呢？如果你

于是我开始忙碌起来，首先要解决身份问题。mitbbs有人给我推荐了Chicago几个野鸡
学校，这样可以注册成为F1学生。我急急忙忙的找到了其中一个Westwood College，拨
通了他们的电话。
“halo, can I do a student?”
“Sure, ... can do ....”
“youmeiyou requirements to do a guoji international student？”我突然发现，
三个月过去了，我还说着中英文夹杂的生硬的中国式英语。
幸运的是，他们居然听懂了我的意思。而我却有点搞不太明白他们的意思。
“if you pay money every ....”
“okay，okay，I will pao be your there today”。 Money，Money，肯定是带钱过
去就可以了。
