替她们求人品求bless。由于校园招聘也马上要开始/或者已经开始了，再加上之前和大
牛Niggy说过自己要为版上jms找工尽一份力量却时时木有兑现，，这次就上来8一下四
大选考背后的事，希望对大家有用哈。不过主要还是替我的弟子们求bless,之前喉咙和

那天突然被经理问有时间么，然后经理见我还处在standby状态所以就扔过来一大堆简

挑几个好的大家在onsite前讨论一下。由于我还是新人，所以也不太敢轻举妄动地说谁
好谁不好，但是简历本身的format确实很重要，因为M给我们的时间太少，加上还要开
会讨论，下午就有office visit和open house，所以大家也都是手忙脚乱。这样format
好的简历确实比较能博得人眼球。

我的老板算是美国人里比较爱干净的了，她又是心脏科医生。我们office是做clinical
trial的，病人不多，所以不是很忙，她每天上班都带她的狗来。
周五下午她说她想清洗一下厨房，不知道她那天是否kitchen duty还是学雷锋，我们
office里有厨房，她把所有surface都用bleach的spray喷了一遍，她说最新研究表明：
不让细菌产生耐药的唯一2种消毒剂就是bleach and choride acid。说着就她的狗的喝
水和吃狗粮的2个小盘子也放到洗碗机里，和其他所有的盘子，刀叉一起洗了。
刚开始工作的时候我用自己带的叉子和勺子，后来看到大家都用厨房的碗碟和utensil

刀。记得那天，大夫就是给小嘎re-check up一下，看耳朵的时候说，ear wax又太多，
给我们又挖了一次耳朵。小嘎是他office挖耳朵特配合的著名小病号，每次乖乖的躺在
那里让大夫挖耳朵，不吵不闹，从小就这样，被挖了很多次耳朵了。这次看到bill, 我
想不通，给billing office电话，人家说，每次挖耳朵都应该算office surgery的都该
bill你。

们的经验而言并不完全是好事。我们曾经跟Nebraska资深的Officer谈过。他们表示很
多新来的Officer因为对法律并不熟，也没有看过太多的案例，因此往往变的非常严格
，例如最近我们看到一些I-485 的RFE。Nebraska看到一些申请人(employment based)
结婚不满兩年，因此要配偶证明与主申请人住在一齐，共同拥有资产，以及一些保险的
证明。甚至还要一些照片。这分明是对于亲属移民的要求。我们也看到一些案件
Nebraska转到local office安排面谈，同时列出一些亲属移民才需要的资料。问题是这
么一来申请人的I-485就会拖很久。
对于EB-1a,b 及NIW的审理，如果碰到新的Officer，就更麻烦了，这些移民官在审理申
请的时候，往往拿着手边的Training手册一一对照来找答案，若有不合的地方就发出一
