Steven Spielberg's just-released 3D animated feature combining stories in
three Tintin books had me clapping with delight as the credits rolled. I
won't spill what happens; you can read on without fear of spoilers.
The Tintin books began in 1929 as a comic strip under the skillful pen of
Belgian artist Georges Remi (1907-1983), aka Hergé -- reverse his initials

The Two Lefts
By Steven Plaut
It is impossible to understand politics in the world today without grasping
the fundamental fact that there exist two different lefts. I propose that
the two be referred to by everyone as the Stupid Left and the Satanic Left.
The two are very different, although they work together. People who are
part of the first are simply stupid people. People who are part of the
second may in fact be quite shrewd, but are evil and nefarious. There is no
third type of leftist... 阅读全帖

As someone who researches inequities in health care, I’ve diligently

A federal mandate to require backup cameras in all vehicles, expected Feb.

But the mandate also could provide an unintended boost to the infotainment

If automakers install display screens for backup cameras in entry-level

A driving instructor says his school has serendipitously discovered a cause

It's simple, but not easy, because the safe move is counter-intuitive. In an

I am not a ME major. Just my two cents.
If the obstacle has no fixed position, your vehicle would have to have the
ability to steer and keep the same direction roughly.
Since the end is a finishing line instead of a point, so long as the vehicle
could steer and move to the finishing point.
Spheres would be a better candidate for the wheels instead of disks. Rear
wheels drive. The front wheels are for steering when the vehicle hits
obstacles. The front wheels could rotate 360 deg.

来自主题: TVGame版 - Sony PS 头戴显示器专利了
很有盼头
Sony has filed another, as in reference to this, patent regarding the long-
rumored head mounted display (HMD), supposedly for PS4. Originally filed on
June 12, 2012 in JP and March 14, 2013 in US, it was published today via the
USPTO Patent Application Full-Text and Image Database.
The patent describes an "Obstacle avoidance apparatus and obstacle avoidance
