It is simple. QE2 is a jargon economists deliberately create to befuddle
laypersons. The plain English is: injecting $600 billion into US economy.
What will happens to China? That sinking feeling! (But China deserves it,

NYTIMES上大部分的文章都没有开放评论功能。你随便点一篇国际新闻,或财经,旅游
什么的文章,都没有评论选项。开放评论的文章都是一些时事热点话题(MOST EMAILED
ARTICLES)或专栏作者的文章。NYTIMES一般的评论貌似都要经过基本的审阅才会被发表
,这跟那些开放式论坛大家都可以在上面吵吵闹闹的网站经营原则就不一样。热点度不
够的文章,人家就不愿花人力去审阅评论。
楼主要是一心要在NYTIMES上爱国,可以注意一下PAUL KRUGMAN的专栏。此人是极端左
倾加反华,而且他的文章肯定是让你发表评论的,前提是你写的东西言之有物。

的世界免于生灵涂炭。时空穿梭是科幻,吹一个不可能实现的牛逼当然很简单,你无论
怎么回答这个问题都不会有麻烦。
可是现实世界里并不缺少这种杀婴儿的思维方式:干坏事,并且为干坏事洋洋自得,因
为干了这件坏事阻止了更大的坏事(或者导致了大好事)的发生。这就叫“the end
justifies the means”。这种小恶导致大善的思维方式,其实说穿了,是左派民主

楼主的中心思想没什么问题,只是有两个常识性问题
1.纽约地铁在mta名下,不归纽约市政府管。mta的负责人是纽约州长cuomo
2.新地铁在东河旁边,hudson河在西边。两者大约1-3公里。所以渗进来的水应该是东
河的

发行量大, 在普通民众影响力大的报纸 好像 NYtimes
美国主流媒体一边倒,我们就可以自己出钱发。
记得但是以色列入侵 Lebanon, 西方媒体谴责之 (还没有拍中国这么狠),
我在NYTimes就看到在美以色列人发的大幅广告:我们支持政府,保护人民。。。当时
感触很深。
还有NYTimes经常的韩国教会的宣传基督教的广告,一整版的。当时我就想,韩国人真
有钱阿,教会真有钱阿。。。

这样可以无限制无限额的接受募捐了。只是每笔募捐多了手续费 2.75% + $0.5。

版上没研究过Deep Learning的不要误导大家。就当前的进展来说,Deep Learning还是
很promising的。算是Machine Learning里最hot的一个方向,另一个是Big Data。Deep
Learning今年两次被NYTimes报道。在speech recognition 和 image recognition上
效果尤其好。已经被google,microsoft,IBM等多家著名公司使用。

NLP找工作不错,但目前的研究过分依赖于ML,最近几年的进展有限... 大的进展可能
