看到NYDMV网站上写着：
If you were not a resident of NYS when the vehicle was purchased,
use form DTF-803 to receive a non-resident exemption from NYS sales tax.
现在要搬家去New York，难道是先在外州买了，这样去new york注册就不要税了？ |

California. NYS do need GC to issue your PE license. |

钱，填表，还要学校把成绩单寄给他们，把EIT的东西直接寄给他们。
后来又跟公司联系了一下，他们的意思是没有这个NYS的EIT我们根本就不考虑，有了你
再来。这事情很怪啊，他们到底什么意思，连个面试也不给，先让我办，办完了说对不
起不要了您呐，问他H1b的事情也没理我。 |

如果不收到,他们是不会给你审的,很烦人的.怎么会你的大专不合要求呢?如果是全日制
的,没问题.自考的话,如果是中专,如果NYS知道了,可能还会问你要. 好像还是要CGFNS

A violation of section 509 of the VTC is punishable by a fine of not less
than $75 nor more than $300, or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days,
or by both fine and jail time. If the person is cited for not renewing a
license and it was valid within 60 days, the fine shall not be more than $40
. A ticket for not having a valid license with you is called unlicensed
operation in NYS.

regulate procedure, 很多procedure都是board/college在regulate, 然后state采纳
，各个state的regulation也不同，这也是肖在NYS没办法做手术，在MI可以做手术的原
因。中国没有这种机制，当然也不存在类似美国的那种trial。 |

你要是报税晚几天， 或者欠税太多， IRS罚你款不商量。 等他退税的时候， 去年nys
应该是普遍delay了， 很多7，8月才拿到退税。 毛都没有， 连道歉都没有。
记性不好的， 报税的银行账户都关了， 钱都没了下落。
平常市政服务， 扫垃圾车的不来了， 校车不来了。 也都是毛表示都没有。
还有政府shut down.
话说民主政府的真谛不是老百姓纳税来换取政府的政府的services的吗？都是lips

发帖数: 21830 | 12 车辆密度高的地方才需要尾气检查。这个是EPA的要求，车辆密度最高的，比如NYS，CA
，都是2年一检，密度低的只要求车辆交易的时候才检查一次。
因为California的车有CA emission,也有federal emission的，所以不能单用OBD自检
，需要做emission test. |
