绿卡申请填表中常有一项A number，比如140表，我当时不知道是啥，空着了。140批了
以后，I-797C上有一个Beneficiary，A### ### ###。然后485填693表的时候，让填A
number，是不是就是这个了？根据693的instruction应该是这个，If you are not
sure if you have one,look at any letters or notices you received from
Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Look for a number that begins with a
letter "A" and is followed by 8 or 9 numbers.

对于80%以上的人, 只要没有multiple I-140, 只要没有误把OPT的A number填上去，那
I-140上的A number就是最后的A number
当然你空着也没算错，这样 USCIS会有人手动把你I-140上的A number填上去
当然对于少数人可能485会改 A-number, 这个八成跟multiple 140或者multiple 485有
关，反正我是从来没见过。 |

在学校，都2年薄厚，第三年开始转为 research associate, H1B renew 了三次，一年
一次。
第一年和第二年的的H1b approve notice 居然有同一个 A number,
第三年的H1b 就没有了；
今年二月 EB1B, I-140 premium processing, notice 上有了另外一个 A number , 和
前一个H1B 不一样。
我的概念是： 只有I-140 递了才会有A number， 难道之前USCIS 误给了我老婆一个 A
number ?
现在递了I-140 又重新给了我老婆一个 A number ?
律师通知最近老婆 EB1B RFE 后过了，还没拿到正式 I-140 approve notice, 估计应
该以 I-140 approve notice 为准？

现有小问题一个：
485 receipt notice上的A-Number与140 Approval Notice上有小出入，个人认为是TSC
的工作人员typo。
原140 Approval Notice上的A-Number是 A XXX-XXX-064
而485 receipt notice上的A-Number是 A XXX-XXX-604
注意，对于A XXX-XXX部分（即A-Number的前6位），140和485是完全一致的，所以应该
是把我的064不小心打成了604。不太可能是485重新给我新的A-#，否则前6位应该不会
完全一致。
已经打了USCIS的联络电话1-800-375-5283，告知了Tier 1的接线员，他帮忙做了SR，
要求改正这个error，顺便也注明了，我的I-131和I-765存在同样的error。
目前USCIS网站显示：

我的Scaffold文件里面的蛋白是用NCBI的gi number来代表的。 我发现好多蛋白对应有
多个
NCBI的gi number。比如说蛋白XYZ，里面对应的是gi|123456, gi|24680, gi|13579,
gi|9876543， 如果在scaffold里面选择用excel导出：就变成了
Identified Portein Accession Number
XYZ gi|123456(+3)
而不是gi bunumber四个都显示。
我想请教一下大家，有没有什么办法够批量的导出所有的gi numbers？
我是希望做一下Gene Ontology的分析，不过用了Panther以后发现有的gi number有对
应的蛋白ontology信息，有的没有，所以想全部看一下！

random number is different.
I often generate a seed by close my eye and punch the number key pad. Or,

知道别的了。manager也说他不知道。大家知道这个e-verifying number一般单位里谁
