1.多久换一次
一般自己车的manual上有，有些没有，看repair manual上也有，大致情况是30K或是24
months,也有12个月的。
2.怎么换，多少钱？
首先要明确的是不同的车很不一样，大致分为两种：
2-1. 同换engine oil 类似，transmission fluid有一个drain nug，filter也是圆柱
形，很像enginer filter.
这种车换起来很容易，labor应该同换engine oil/filter一样，但是因为
transimission fluid一般较贵，所以算起来大约10~20(labor)+20(4-5quarters)+ filter
注意：千万不要混淆engine filter/transmission filter，因为相似，常有把
transmission fluid放光，以为放得是engine oil，然后加engine oil.这种情况下很
可能把车给废了。（一个较简单的区别方法：对大多Chrysler和GM来说，engine filter在副座那边，而trans |

The rotor was rusted and couldn't be removed even after I hammered it very
forcefully.
Fortunately, there were two small holes in the rotor. I used the two small
holes
and screwed into two bolts. Finally the rotor was removed.
But my new rotor doesn't contain the two small holes. If it gets stuck in
the future, how can I remove it.

part: $50 (front brakes) + $4 (pad cleaner)
工具： $93
C clamp: $10
lug wrench: $10
jack stands: $15
torque wrench: $38
manual: $20
工具是大头，不过很多是重复用的。其他工具因为自己早有，这次只是新加了$20 的C-clamp + lug wrench.
自己第一次自己换，弄坏了nug bolts 多次，好在COSTO全免费cover了。
问了几个修车铺：dealer 要 ~$280， sears 要 ~$180，一个修车铺要 ~160。号称要两个小时labor. 实际上自己做只花了30 分钟，还是第一次。 |

响。
我最近也想试ROCKER板，（之前我一直滑传统CAMBER的），刚试了一块BURTON NUG。开
始的时候就感觉到脚掌下压力便小了，转大弯的时候刃踩不紧。后来才渐渐适应。
BANANA TECH也应该是属于这种ROCKER/REVERSE CAMBER的板。滑硬道得更用力的去压板
，转TOE EDGE可以把整个膝盖都压下去，上身重心也可以摆出去更多一些。
当然每块板都不一样，很难用一点点经验来概括。退不了多滑两天总会适应的。
