FBIOX are not for the faint of heart. Unless you have a clear sense of your
own risk tolerance, stay away from them. Chasing performance is never a good
idea. This is especially true for novices. That being said, FBIOX is still

Zeitz的ACOPS并不是传统意义上的数学教科书，或是竞赛备考书。它主要不是传授具体
的解题技巧，而是训练抽象的解题思维和能力 - 当你碰到一个以前没见过的题型时，
如何去找到解法。这些方面的训练对解决AIME难题或USA(J)MO题有帮助。
