最近听说，除了这个140会给notice receipt外，等把材料：就是140确认页和
supporting materials寄到了以后，uscis还会额外一份notice 证明收到了我的申请材
料。所以拿到手里应该有两份notice receipt，
请问，是这样吗？在uscis的网站上大概找了一下，没有找到明确的说法，手里也只有
140那张receipt，所以心中七上八下。朋友说网上看到说法一个月没有拿到，应该去联
系索要。特来请教各位有经验的前辈，十分感谢！ |

还有一个问题：如果有单独的approval notice, 是765和131各有一份I-797 approval

发帖数: 231 | 8 昨天下午收到FP 的通知，约在12/26，想想那会大家可能都去度假了，所以决定今早去
WALK IN 试试。。过程很简单，9点到的，全部过程5分钟，没有什么人，也不用等。只
用ID(DRIVER LICENCE或者护照）还有FP NOTICE就好了，两只手各按两次，然后照相，
搞定～
其间OFFICER没有问任何的理由，也没看预约的时间。

一块石头落地。

律师给USCIS打了电话。说USCIS会先修改internal record，然后15天内会给律师一个
written notice for the name change. 不知这是不是reissue 一个新的I-140
approval notice，还是一个update notice。给了个SR#，但我不知该咋查状态。
希望一切能回到正轨上来。

起收到了，从TSC寄来的。一看finger print notice上的service center怎么是NSC，
以为被TSC转到NSC去了，就打电话问了一下，结果被TSC告知case还是在他们中心，没
有转走，只是给我的finger print notice上不小心写错了(faint)。想让他们重新发一
张更正的notice, 在打指纹那天好拿着去，可是被拒绝了，说这张虽然写错了，但可以
用，就用这张错的就好了。
我晕！:(
我现在想知道这个写错了会不会影响我的I-485速度，如果打完指纹把我的指纹真寄到
NSC怎么办，TSC这边拿不到不就耽误时间了吗？两边扯皮就糟了。有人知道指纹打完以
后信息是怎么给申请人的处理中心的吗？是处理中心自己在网上查还是打指纹的地方把
指纹寄过去？如果给打指纹的地方特别讲一讲自己的情况会不会有帮助？

被退回了。USCIS 的状态是”the post office returned the notice we last sent
you on this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable.
This may have serious effects on processing this case. “。但是我自己收到了
I140 的Courtesy notice (I797-C). 问问有经验的，这个能不能用以File I485. 比较
着急，有点不想等正式的approval notice, 但是有有点担心用Courtesy 的会有麻烦。

我后来在网上research了一下，
tracking number那事就是你说的这个意思。
不过我发现welcome letter和485的approval notice，实质上是两张不同的东西，都是
I797， 但上面写的notice type不同，一个是approval notice，一个是welcome
notice，如附件所示。
虽然两个东西有小许区别，但作用都是一样的，网上也有人问过，大家都是只收到其中
的一张，所以我怀疑发送哪种可能是随机的。 |

异地的副申请人没有收到通知， 今天一早决定冒着大雪去local ASC。
万万没有想到大农村居然那么严格， 有两个Secu, 没有notice不让进， 后来其中一个
问了第三个出来的secu， 估计是个小头目，我解释了一下情况希望能让我们先安检。
安检过后根本不让排队，让我从大厅的电脑屏幕自助约时间。 我说我想知道我的
notice是否寄出， 或者今天是否能给我打，黑人secu坚决说我们没有walk in 这回事
，没有notice你就回去等， 查你的网上状态。我说大下雪天开了三个多小时的高速，
麻烦你帮我通融一下。他口气很坚定地要赶我们走。我觉得没希望了。
正在僵持的时候从里面走出来一个中年大哥， 是出来看大雪下得怎么样，估计黑哥哥
也动了点恻隐之心，对我说这是一位supervisor, 你问问他吧。没想到这位超nice，真

上周四收到140的receipt，于是追加邮寄PP。
上周五状态就变成 we received your request for premium-processing of your
Form I140。
然后没有 “name update” 之类的状态变化。

765 receipt notice，果然也是错的（I-131的居然没拼错），于是赶紧递交了个
service request，不过估计已经来不及了，3月17日就card being produced，估计这
会EAD已经寄出来了。刚才填写service request时注意到包括了EAD有typographic
error的选项，打算收到EAD后再递一个。而approval notice上提到如果EAD上有错误需
要将卡和相关材料寄回USCIS。请问版上有遇到过EAD名字打错的情况的？我是应只按照
approval notice上的要求来还是递个service request即可？还是双管齐下？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 1 | 34 485 receipt date是3月30号，没有收到任何recipt notice以及指纹通知。今天打电话
去USCIS，被告知receipt notice三月底已经寄出，指纹4月7号寄出，schedule的是4月
24号。然后电话那头的人很平静的告诉我错过了打指纹。给我三个option，最快的是
fax给我notice，拿着notice reschedule。鉴于本人没有fax，只能无奈挂了电话。刚
借了别人的fax，只能明天再打电话给USCIS要求fax给我指纹通知了。
不知道为什么4封信都丢了，反复跟representative对了地址，发现是对的。就算USPS
要丢，也不能一下丢四封啊。哎，大概140人品用完了，485简直太不顺利了。真闹心啊。
想问一下reschedule打指纹是需要指纹通知的吧？像我这样只有一个receipt number是
不是没法直接去reschedule？
另外没有在指定时间打指纹会导致case被拒吗？有什么影响吗？

点担心是否来得及，因为听说如果6.1之后就要开始排期，不会再发485的receipt

。140的表格上确认过，地址没写错呀
可是485已经寄出去了。。。用的寄给律师的receipt（扫描发给我的）

Some Indians are getting NVC fee notices with PD of June 2008.
Just as what I analyzed yesterday:
1. NVC sent fee notices to PD of 2007 after VB release in April
2. NVC sent fee notices to PD of April 2008 after VB release in May
3. NVC are sending fee notices to PD of June 2008 after VB release in June
It's just like what I predicted. DOS updates NVC on a monthly basis. I think
the spillover is much more than their originial estimation. We are going to

future movement. In this summer I verified an Indian NVC notice of 4/15/2008
(credible source), but some other Indian folks claimed they got NVC notice
with PD June 2008. Maybe these guys are also credible, but I never verified
with them personally.

Also one thing I want to point out:
usually NVC send out notices in batches month by month after the monthly VB.
This exactly what happened in April-June. NVC sent notices after each
release of VB in April, May and June.This time it was sent right after the
release of Dec.VB.
although we only see July 2008 in this batch, it's very likely they may send
out more notices in the next month.That's why I predict it may reach Dec.

Notice to you, indicating date, time, and place for your appointment.
Please follow instructions on the notice for any required identification and
documentation for the appointment. If you have not received the notice
within 30 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-

Did anyone bother calling NSC about FP notices? Looks like only one person
got the FP notice from NSC to date. It has been more than a month for most
applicants by now, so shouldn't we be seeing more FP notices?
Also, just curious if anyone from TSC has called regarding this and what
they have found....
Just trying to guage if I should start calling them or give them a few more
days. |

发帖数: 550 | 48 我的RD是1/24，到现在都没有收到FP notice.我二月底就坐不住了，打电话给USCIS做
SR,结果被告知一定要收到receipt的30天后才可以做SR.后来我就焦急地等啊等啊，终
于等到了二月的尾巴打过去，跟他们说还没有收到，最后他们给我做了SR.
一晃就晃到今天，收到email说他们已经把FP notice发出去了，但是没有写什么时候发
的。我就想，那我是不是再等等？可是后来越想越不对劲，万一寄丢了怎么办？于是又
给他们打电话，后来打了电话才知道他们是2/24号发出来的，我就问万一寄丢了，能不
能再发给我一次？不问还好，一问才发现我的FP appointment居然是这个星期五？！他
们说就算再发可能也来不及了，于是跟我要了传真号码，最后把notice直接传真给我了！
大高潮结束了，还有个小高潮，就是他们只发了我的FP notice但是没发我老公的，打
回去问要求我老公本人打电话再重新request一遍。好在也在今天下班之前搞定了。
lesson learned就是如果你的FP左等右等都不来，千万不要大意，该做SR的时候一定要
及时！ |

RD in the week of 2/6--2/10，有一半发了FP notice.
RD in the week of 2/13--2/17，FP notice不到10%的
RD later than 2/17, no FP notice sent out |

发帖数: 412 | 50 只收到了卡，approval notice没收到，打电话给USCIS，接线员说没有approval
notice没关系，收到卡就行了。那我renew卡的时候怎么办？不是还要交approval
notice的嘛。有没有没收到approval notice，最后又让USCIS给重寄一份的？ |
