自然月：我们的挂历月
排期月：自然月+1，比如现在2月我们能看到的排期是3月的
排期：不解释
汇报的收到NVC notice的PD：来自网友汇报和google (q forum)，以汇报的时间作为自然月来对应.不分中印，因为我们只想预测在某一个月发NVC notice截止的PD和未来的PD差几个月
PS1：数据是比较少，我还在找，也请大家提供。目前看来，从收到fee notice到PD真正current最长需要6个月，最短下个月。
PS2：感觉下个月肯定前进，不会停或者后退
PS3：google出来很多人说fee expire in 1 year，但是没找到官方出处 |

这个NVC notice 其实是电脑generate发信的。收到信后排期照样可以倒退的。
我个人觉得相关性不大。

yes, but automated email still needs a "rule", which is set by officials
from NVC coz I remember some1 mentioned NVC fee would expire in 6 or 12
months?
even it's retrogress, we should still be confident, ppl who got NVC fee
notice should be current within 6 or 12 months upon their receiving the
notice, depending on if it's expired in 6 or 12 months.
I am trying to pinpoint the exact number of months between the two, so that some1 could make appropriate arrangement, considering it's summer and many guys might plan to go back to China for a vacation...

发帖数: 16647 | 16 可惜排期进的太快，好多老ID都走了，我刚来的时候，rocketsfan还没冒头呢，当时做
数据分析比较牛的是jwe，然后大仙是p8388。。。
现在的新ID由于不用等那么久，所以也没太大做research的研究，很多人连排期的什么
的都没概念。。其实这是进步，啥时候这个版不需要存在了，说明大家都直接c了
