现在law school第二年，暑假去seattle一个公司去作summer associate，如果不搞砸
， 估计可能毕业就去那里上班拉。
最早前是CS phd student，但是觉得research不是我想干的， 于是master以后quit。 然后干拉
3年IT，在Ohio， NYC 分别在几个保险公司，或是wall street几个公司， 赚拉点钱，
但是终究觉得不是我想要的生活， 因为感觉能力大于坐在电脑前面编程序。

在发育和成熟组织中似乎存在，想证实是否是western 非特异还是确实是alternative
splicing。
想设计一段包含所有潜在的splicing，就是shared的区域。然后northern 测试是不是
确实有不同大小拼接。
probe应该是cdna 为模板和mRNA杂交

话说那一天，打完鸟往家走，还在公园里，突然看见远处有一个鸟，在草地上吃东西，
似乎比较大，当时还想是不是Brown Thrasher之类的
通过取景器看了下，觉得是没见过的鸟，赶紧咔嚓几张存底，免得一会儿飞了
然后逐渐靠近，在一个合适的位置拍照，Northern Flicker
飞树上去了
之后又见到过几次这种鸟，据我有限的观察，感觉这种鸟就是喜欢在草地上找食，虽然
和啄木鸟是同类。

亮的White-tailed Hawk. 很可惜，没法停下来拍个照。
最近去一个野生动物保护区2-3次，每次都能看到Northern Harrier在远远的低空巡航
觅食. 有幸拍下2张标志照.

发帖数: 1745 | 49 嗯。把一塘鸭子每只都认清也可以算是观鸟的一种基本功训练吧。
倒数第二张的绿羽毛很明显，不过不是照片的话有时候在飞行中也不太辨别。
在水上浮着时我觉得最主要的话Green-winged Teal个子很小，身材紧凑，和Northern
Pintail形成鲜明对比，公的GW Teal侧面的白道和黄白色的为下覆羽很明显。这几点在
第三张照片里很明显。
飞起来的话Teal们普遍飞得比较快，GW Teal尤其明显，基本是dabbling ducks里面最
快最灵活的了。如果Bald Eagle再来把鸭子们都赶上天，你找找看潘选的鸭群中有没有
一群短脖子的小个子在别的鸭群周围穿梭，又飞得很快的，就很有可能是GW Teal了。 |
