发帖数: 2792 | 10 对Cromwell我们分歧不大，我只是说老邱的书中貌似暗示Cromwell有倾向路德宗,他是不像狂热分子,翻译圣经的确在政治上有很实际的好处,但那个时代,对圣经翻译这样的态度应该能说明他和保守派如Norfolk在信仰上的区别是明显的。
至尊法案是圣公宗形成的前提是没有疑问的，但就像前面所说，Norfolk代表的天主教集团也认同国王应是英格兰教会的首脑，但反对其他的变革。再好比henry是至尊法案的支持者和直接受益者，但一直被认为是天主教徒。所以我个人认为，单凭only supreme head就说圣公宗基本形成是有所欠缺的。
圣公宗的确是新教各派中和天主教最接近的，但教义和宗教仪式也有明显的区分。关于公祷书，西方教会史上说：“国会废除了亨利的六条主张，1548年编了“公祷书”代替弥撒经书，1552年克兰麦又加上了“42条”主张，联合奠定了英国圣公会的思想。主要有以下几点A、神父称牧师，MINISTER。B、用普通桌子代替祭台。C、否认“质变形不变”圣体圣事是纪念性的，可仍承认基督神性临在。D、因信成义。E、圣经唯一。F、承认两件圣事：圣洗与圣餐。 公祷书而取消了... 阅读全帖 |

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
不错，有的还有待观察。在2008年，这个手术在美国还是处于试验研究阶段，只对严重
瘫痪病人试用。

之前受过伤，但是他们没有给军队里面的人说。我们做Push-Up或Sit-Up的时候，不是
说标准是做50个，你就做50个，不是这样。而是你的身体能做多少个，你就要逼着自己
去做多少个。教官常说：“Push Yourself，Push your body to the limit。”就是要
求你尽可能多做，做到极限。跑步也一样，有一种是Run until you can’t move your
legs（一直跑到挪不动腿为止）。我们要是这么跑的话，不管是跑得快还是跑得慢，

Norfolk. I've been to Norfolk twice and both time we were on board of two
current-serving ships. Incuding Truman carrier, also a missile cruiser, a
missile destroyer, and a big supply oil/food ship. Truman has admiral's
cabins including own kitchen, office, big state room, and more adjacent
rooms we don't see. Also captain has his specious bedroom and a small ready
room. The supply ship also have a ok-sized captain's room |

二战最大的战舰wisconsin号 停在那儿 可以上去看...
还有周日下午好像3点半以后virginia zoo 免费开放
里面有狮子老虎长颈鹿 没事可以逛逛 只有一个小时免费 跑快点 哈哈 |

五人(两位老人,自己和LD,再加一个2岁的孩子),三天两晚,Hotel的位置在Norfolk和
Virginia Beach之间。
Norfolk一天,打算去看看Chespeake Bridge,海军基地(希望能看到航母),还有威斯康星
巡洋舰。
为Virginia Beach留出了一天半的时间,可是现在自己还定不出任何具体的计划。
到海滩边游游泳,散散步,稍微晒晒太阳(LD不喜欢晒太阳)......自己能想出来的只有这
些。
各位住在Virginia Beach,或者去过那里游览的XDJM,可否给我一些建议和注意事项?

关的吧。
