BEIJING -- A doubling of pork prices last month sent Chinese consumer
inflation to its highest level in nearly eight years, constraining Beijing's
ability to stimulate the economy as growth continues to slow.
China's consumer-price index rose 3.8% in October from a year earlier, the

Congratulations! I guess this is a really big finding. People won't eat it.
But these starch/amylose can be used as feedstocks to grow yeast or bacteria
to produce beer, amino acids and other bulk chemicals.
