Just for a couple week, durrr seemed drop around 2-3 million dollars playing
NLHM and PLO online.
A guy named Isildur1, who is a newcomer moved to high stake online, has a
swing from down well over 1 million to up nearly 1.3 million
Compared to online poker, those action televised in live poker seem too
small. Check this out, In one HU session Durrr against Isildur1, there was
21 pots that exceeded $400K and 22 more that reached at least $300K. I never
seen such |

的高手玩遍, 人家都认为都要变天了.
然后这些人就真的认为自己是天下第一高手, NLHM, HU, PLO 样样都玩, 赢了不走, 好
运不再了,结果把赢的钱全输回去, 然后再 bust, 消失, 那几个 regulars 笑到最后.
Durrr 恐怕要气死了, 钱转手都送给了 PA. 他们两之间是针尖对麦芒, 谁也不能彻底
赢谁, 结果给那个 isildur1 一闹, Durrr 变成了 PA 的钱庄.
经此一战, 他们那些人怎么还会对 live poker 感兴趣? 现在真的赌太大了. |

danny ashman, who's a top NLHM player (who plays with durrrr, ivey alike),
got beat up big when he started PLO in $2/4, and everyone was hunting for
him.
two typical big mistakes:
1) ppl play PLO with holdem mindset, it's hard to switch for most of ppl;
2) ppl don't realize PLO is actually a higher stake game, for example, you
should go down at least one level. ashman learned his lessons the hard way.

isildur1 and would only continue to play PLO. He puts winning with least
effort as top priority. |

once. Just running good! Table has lots of actions. Lots of people are
willing to see the flop by calling $10-$15.
后来熟了几个pot,到$600,my image is slighly LAG, slow played AA and straights
. Villain is loose aggressive too, is capable of bluffing and bet big.
This hand cames, Hero got KH7H on the button, 6 way limped pot to me. Hero
raised to $12, 4 callers, flop came: 5H 5S 6H

close to nlhm. it's only a game among a small group of players, fish or pro.
without online, it fades even faster.
it's all about a balance between difficulty of the game, luck and skill. plo
makes it unnecessarily complicated to the avg. players, who actually feed
the industry.
