我家房子45万，税3.4%，在加州不知道能买多少钱的房？
听说明年税还涨，我只求我的房价千万别涨！否则总有一天住不起。
不知道德州其他地区，看房的时候2.6%以下的没见过。
我们这里房子面积大多数在4000 sq ft以上，确实是大房子，但是包括所车库车道人行
道，只有草坪覆盖的地方不算面积，空调部分面积是~2500，一直很好奇，不知道别的
州咋算的？我特别希望一个能知道德州还有别的州怎么计算房子面积的人来告诉我德州
房子到底便宜不便宜。
很奇怪，道路什么都算上连我在德州呆了一辈子同事都不知道也不相信，直到我给他们
出示房屋图，图上可是明明白白写了的。

scheduled axillofemoral bypass surgery on 10/22. Patient was instructed to
