兰以及英国等国在南海海域举行所谓“国家安全演习”。
据报道，此次军演为期两周多时间，从2日开始将持续至本月19日。澳大利亚陆海空三
军均有派出力量参加，包括750名澳国防军士兵。
SBS介绍，澳军方派出了9架大黄蜂战斗机、4架其他飞机、澳大利亚皇家海军“斯图尔
特”护卫舰与“天狼星”号补给舰等2艘舰船，以及来自陆军巴特沃斯步兵连一个排的
士兵。

些成果；但另有分析表示，从美方这次派出较低层级的代表团可预期，谈判将无法达到
明显进展。
中美贸易战去年7月开打后，已对两国经济造成影响。美国供应管理协会（ISM）公布的
数据显示，美国製造业活动12月放缓的速度超出预期；中国官方日前公布的12月製造业
採购经理人指数（PMI）跌至49.4，为两年多来最低，预告大陆经济成长面临下滑压力。
有预测说，在贸易战因素下，2018年中国经济成长率可能从上一年的6.9%，放缓至6.5%。
此外，美国苹果公司2日表示，受中国经济疲软、消费下降和美中贸易战的影响，将下
调今年第一季营收预期。苹果股价随后于3日应声暴跌近10%。
中美的经济现况和市场现象，对两国政府都造成压力。法国外资银行（Natixis）的资

一名中国学生因在美国佛罗里达州基韦斯特（Key West）海军基地拍摄“机密设施”，
于2月5日被美国法庭判一年监禁。《华盛顿自由灯塔》2月11日披露新细节称，这名学
生被指和中共公安部有关联。
这名叫赵千里（Qianli Zhao，音译）的中国籍男子告诉联邦调查局（FBI），他是一名
来自中国的音乐系学生，作为一名旅游者访问佛罗里达州。2018年9月26日，赵千里在
基韦斯特的海军航空基地拍照和录像后，被军警抓住。
基韦斯特海军基地是美国在墨西哥湾的重要海军基地和海军航空维修站。拥有最先进的
设施，可以为战斗机提供所有军事服务，并对美国和外国海军舰艇提供停靠维修服务。

國內地拘留的英領館前職員鄭文傑，並要求英政府保護持英國國民（海外）護照（BNO
