都是heel to toe drop非常小的鞋， Newton不一样的
地方是前掌非常厚， 而且有几个lugs...
你说的问题是很多人刚穿minimalist鞋的通病， 跟
neutral/stability没有关系， 简单说，
minimalist和普通鞋的差别是鞋的前后高度差别，
而neutral/stability鞋的差别， 是鞋底内外硬度差别,
并不是一个概念....
概率来说， 真正外翻的人极少， 大约5%, 轻微over的占
绝大多数...
据我所知， 鸵鸟的每双牛顿都穿了1000多迈, 而且很多人穿
牛顿跑triathlon 和 ultra, 所以你说的不适合long run
我不同意, 我也刚穿newton distance跑了个22迈， 没发现
有啥问题....
当然还是那句话，每个人情况不同， 适合我的不一定适合你,

Newton法只有局部的收敛性 (当然对凸函数有全局的收敛性. 例如 Y = x^2).
我的例子是y = sin(x).
考虑区间 [-pai/2, pai/2]. 可以证明: 存在 a 属于 (0, pai/2), 使得:
sin(a)/cos(a) = 2*a.
Newton法若以a为初值, 则有:
x(0) = a, x(1) = -a, x(2) = a, ...
反复振荡....
请注意sin(x)这时是非凸的.
在这个例子中, 研究一下所有可以作为Newton法初始值的点集, 相信会是很有意思的事. |
