个问题：
1 newcastle 这个城市怎么样？基本生活费用每月大概多少（夫妻两个）？
2 在newcastle 大学附近租房（夫妻两个）大概要多少钱？
3 另外，newcastle 有机场吗？从美国过来是不是要先飞悉尼？从悉尼到newcastle 怎
么过来比较方便？

Newcastle那边不是很了解，想问问这里有在newcastle住的吗？我觉得那边房子挺新，
交通也不错，就是学区貌似不好，大家觉得怎么样？ 在Bothell也看了几套新房，但是
还是觉得真心远啊，Bothell和Newcastle哪个更好点？

shoreline在175街和meridian ave附件。 newcastle在may creek以北88街上。
学区shoreline略好：8，9，7
newcastle 学区： 8， 7， 8
去上班地点shoreline略近5分钟，但shoreline房子靠近公交车站吵一点。
请教大家，从几年后房间稳定的角度看，选哪个？

but there are also very beautiful coastline and national parks nearby
this Uni is top 15 in OZ
rent is about 200-400/w, depends on many factors
there is airport but only for local airlines, very few flights, only CEOs of
those steel/oil factories use them
newcastle is about 150+KM north of Sydney and trains takes about 2.5 hours (
not confirmed, will confirm if you can not find such info later, now I am
busy and can not input Chinese)

在SE 88 st 和 116th AVE SE交接附件，学区是hazelwood elementary.
请教下大家：
那块地方安全吗？（据说renton downtown不太好？） 另外，hazelwood elementary怎
么样？打分是8分，但是怎么有40%多的人是享受免费（或者reduce）午餐的？难道那块
地方低收入的人群很多？
