长安食话：羊肉泡
若问：西安城里，最多的饭馆是什么？最负盛名的地方
风味食品是什么？那回答必定是：羊肉泡。
的确，古城的大街小巷，几乎处处有羊肉泡馆。而且每
一家这样的饭馆，都是顾客盈门，高朋满座。春夏秋冬都如
此，从早到晚都如此。
记得四十年代时，我在西安读书，父亲和叔父从乡间来，
差不多每次都要带我去吃一顿羊肉泡。那时还只有数得着的
几家泡馍馆，都是些老字号。最早的一家叫天锡楼，在西大街
桥梓口，明末崇侦十七年（公元1644年）开办，主营回民包子，
兼营羊肉泡，掌勺厨师叫马建勋。近百年来开办的，还有一间
楼、义祥楼、同盛祥、老孙家、老童家、益华楼、鼎兴春等专
营羊肉泡的名馆。所有这些馆子，那时都是黎明开张，晌午关
门，每天只营业半天。那时羊肉泡就很有名气，但西安城毕竟
只有二三十万人口，每天从外地来的人也很有限，用不着全天
营业。新中国成立后就不同了，特别是改革开放以来，西安人
口猛增 |

在历代志上3:19节提到的所罗巴伯
应该不是马太福音1:12节里面的那
位所罗巴伯。马太福音1:13节接着
说：所罗巴伯生亚比玉；而历代志
上3:19节说所罗巴伯的儿子是：
米书兰、哈拿尼雅，……
而Ezra 3:2, Neh 12:1 and Hag 2:23
都与马太福音1:12节相吻合。
