事实上，从全中国公众的反应可以清楚地看出，法官这样判，大家都认为彭宇走开是最
好的选择，而且旁人最好也不要去扶老太太，因为可能成为责任者，只有等医护或警察
来扶。
在美国，彭宇走开也不会有任何后果，因为他既没有intention,也没有gross
negligence,没有人会去找他，但看到老太太摔倒的人中一定会有人去扶，因为大家都
知道自己怎样都不会被牵扯上。这就是Good Samaritan Law.
在无过失的情况下，只因为有损伤就分摊责任，国家再不澄清，民风怎么能好？ |

你以为protocol都是虚的吗？都是非常好的， protocol， follow给你诊断绝对没有问
题。
别那个根据protocol来糊弄老百姓。 protocol都是有名医生设计出来的，都有保证的
。 出问题恰恰是没有follow protocol!
媒体在那里掩盖， 医生装糊涂糊弄普通人。
最简单的例子， glucose太低要死人。 出了事情后lab 发现数值打电话告诉医生应该
马上抢救病人。 但这个地方就可能有tricky，
先进系统和先通知很关键
如果进系统了， 这个病人死了， 就是证据。
所以说打着救人第一的口号。医生一看太低， 说不定就死了， 第一件事情是cancel
lab，可以阻止失误数据进入系统。
问题就有两个， 忘了给吃的或iv病人要饿死了， 这是negligence， 第二个掩藏数据
。
他妈的这种事情多了去了。 糊弄普通老百姓。 |

誓言透過法律途徑追討公道的章子怡，6月11日入稟香港高等法院，民事控告《蘋
果日報》的出版公司蘋果日報有限公司與其總編輯張劍虹，以及《壹週刊》的出版公司
壹週刊出版有限公司及其總編輯李志豪，兩間被告公司同屬壹傳媒集團旗下，壹傳媒除
經營香港《蘋果日報》及《壹周刊》之外，也出版台灣的《蘋果日報》和港台兩地的《
蘋果動新聞》手機程式。
《蘋果日報》和《壹週刊》並未對章子怡的控告做出任何公開評論，《大事件》記
者聯繫上《蘋果日報》總編輯張劍虹，只得到“No comment”的回應，《大事件》記者
也試圖聯繫《壹週刊》總編輯李志豪或該刊發言人，並未得到回音。
章子怡將此案入稟香港高等法院的同時，也著手向美國法院遞交起訴書，控告首發
消息的博訊新聞網。

会实在太大意，是由于自身的严重疏忽而让黑客有机可乘，入侵其电脑系统，成为俄罗
斯网络攻击的受害者。
福克斯新闻报导，川普在与美国情报官员开完会的数小时后，在推特发文表示：“民主

actually, as you pointed out, the energy consumption of traffic lights
across the nation does not come up with a negligible number. why bother with
that?
It's different story when it comes to hundred millions of homes and offices
that account for a big chunk of energy use. |
