blue native gel的文献链接在invitrogen那个产品下面的说明里有
你可以自己去看
不过我觉得如果不是有特别需要
就是偶然跑一下的话
还是用Lammli PAGE胶的那个配方就可以了
就是配胶的时候不加SDS，跑胶的buffer里不放SDS，
样品不煮，直接加上DNA loading dye就上样
就可以了
如果你的蛋白不是high pI的话
根本不需要我后面提的那两个系统 |

草民...这些都不是坏事, 但是都不是王力军过去没有犯罪证据, 也不是将来不犯罪的

务员，还有貌似三哥族群的公务员，态度都不和蔼。不过之前碰到过的native的白人公
务员都很好。今天居然第一次碰到了一个华人年轻GG的公务员给我服务。因为以前的华
人老爷爷实在让我觉得冷冰冰的，以为华人都这样。结果这个GG极其礼貌专业以及高效
。一口一个please sir，让我都觉得不好意思啦。然后接下来又是一个白人mm和一个华
人JJ，都十分和蔼可亲还很温暖啊。赞啊。难道是上了年纪的公务员都会变得冷冰冰啊
