Seizure：好像是大脑里面电流太强大，导致突然昏厥？看过一个案例，说个小朋友因
为右大脑半球,后来手术整个切除右半球，感觉很可怕，好像除此之外没法治疗.

episodes makes me think of seizures as it suggests a post-ictal state. True
narcolepsy is pretty rare.
He needs to see a neurologist for a full workup. |

我先说一下 1. 早晨刚起床， 就有一股睡午觉的冲动。
这个短句记得有一个ID用过， 我当时就想， 这个ID是个resident， 有sleep
deprivation。 不错， 第一个包子答案应该是sleep deprivation， 你要说这个是
resident syndrome也可以得分。
第二个包子答案应该是懒惰，这个就不多说了。
第三个包子答案是sleep apnea。 早上起来没有refreshment是sleep apnea最典型的症
状， 谁答对了这个我给双份包子， 可惜没有。
如果有人有第四个答案， 我接着给包子。 ：）

很多曾经有熬夜经历的人都是这样的，晚上睡眠质量不好，睡觉时间虽然长，但脑子得
不到休息，一直做梦。早上起来脑子一点也没有refresh的感觉，一整天都犯困，混混
噩噩。
只要坚持晚上10点之前睡觉，过一段时间就过来了。 |

我觉得我也有这个问题。即使晚上休息很好，上课听着听着可以睡着，开会睡觉，盯着
电脑久了也犯困；开车犯困，一个人开的时候，往往得到边上休息一会，提提神；看牙

any,
any significant family history, social history such as smoking/alcohol use,
do you drink lots of caffeinated drinks?
how long you've had this experience? when do you go to sleep at night? do
you have lots of dreams? how good is your quality of sleep? wake up alot at
night or not?
have you tried any sleeping aid? if you did, did they help?
daytime somnolence can have many different causes, from narcolepsy to poor

2。 可能eplilepsy? 脑电图无异常，并不能完全排除吧?

FA 这东西是生产一个手术后止疼麻醉的东东，目前美国市场是垄断地位！市场非常
需要，于是批准很多公司生产非法药物，而且医院可用。今年FDA批准了FLML 的，然后
命令其他药物全停止，查封。不过以前生产的可以用完，然后就只能用FLML的。FLML高
