据可靠消息，凤姐正在挖空心思移民美国。
美国签证有两大类，一类叫移民签证，拿到签证后直接拿绿卡。另一类叫非移民签证，拿到后可以暂时停留美国。旅游签证、商务签证，属于非移民签证，期满之后，必须离开美国，否则就是“黑掉了”，也就是说，失去了合法居留美国的身份，变成了“黑人”。
当初凤姐拿的，就是这类短期签证，除非编造理由延期，否则早已失效。
短期签证持有人，通过一定途径，有可能转变身份，拿到绿卡。
凤姐有三条路可走。

去年，凤姐飞赴美国后，国内媒体有关她的话题，渐渐冷清了。
据可靠消息，凤姐正在挖空心思移民美国。
美国签证有两大类，一类叫移民签证，拿到签证后直接拿绿卡。另一类叫非移民签证，拿到后可以暂时停留美国。旅游签证、商务签证，属于非移民签证，期满之后，必须离开美国，否则就是“黑掉了”，也就是说，失去了合法居留美国的身份，变成了“黑人”。
当初凤姐拿的，就是这类短期签证，除非编造理由延期，否则早已失效。
短期签证持有人，通过一定途径，有可能转变身份，拿到绿卡。
凤姐有三条路可走。
