I walked into Nails Creek Tuesday and the whitebass were spawning everywhere
! Worked reel hard for two big ones but that is not unusual when the fish
are preoccupied with sexy time! If you have been waiting for the Somerville
whitebass run IT IS ON!! (or at least it is in Nails creek!) All of this
action was above the trailway bridge as I walked in from the WMA parking lot
on CR 125 . This was the first time I've seen active spawning in Nails

top coat我比较喜欢sally hansen的，可是我觉得不管声称有什么功用的top coat，经
我一一试用后，觉得其实用下来效果都分别不大，唯一的就是令甲面更加亮，我通常是
base coat跟top coat都用同一支，有些声称专门的base coat与top coat我觉得根本就
没有差别。
近期最爱用的一支就是那个double duty，觉得亮度不错。至于那个声称NO CHIP是
acrylic top coat，就是类似水晶甲的效果，我以前出去做水晶甲做内镶闪粉效果的时
候都是先做甲的base，然后涂闪粉，最后就涂这个封面，我当初看到很喜欢，可是用了
后大概是因为没有像在美甲店那样照uv light，所以干掉后变得很脆，不小心就会裂掉
。涂这个top coat的时候一涂表面就会马上干掉，可是如果贪心马上多涂几层的话会看
到里面的甲油会起像波浪一样的皱纹，可表面还是很光滑，涂的时候最好一次性沾多一
点，涂厚一点，不然效果会变得很奇怪，有点像纸镇。

然很有脂溶粉褪的颓败感，这次用sally hansen的french nail pen做了french nail,
为了颜色不太突兀，我把french nail做在两层甲油之间，果然自然很多。这瓶因为颜
色比较淡，珠光感更强了。用的是winmax 448. |

That price is for 一般mani. Shellac is much more expensive (you can google
gel manicure to find more). It requires UV light to harden the polish. After
that there is no drying time -- you can walk out of the salon and start to
abuse the nails any way you want. The polish will survive at least 2 weeks
and will look good as new.
Since the hardening requires UV light, you cannot do it at home unless you

1，不换。（省事）
2， 将原有的松木楼梯板用砂纸打新，刷漆。（省事，但不一定好看，松木没木纹，而
且软）
3，加硬木楼梯板在原有的松木楼梯板上。（现在最普遍的方法）
4， 拆掉原有的松木楼梯板，换硬木楼梯板。（太专业，太麻烦。很少有人这么干）
比较上面，大多数contractor 选2 或3.
选2是因为省事，做的不好没关系，说是因为你原楼梯 板不好。你为省钱。
选3费时而且需要一定技术，尤其是刷漆。刷漆看似简单，但技术含量高，尤其是stain
， 特别是在 oak上stain。要想刷匀需要技术，也就是说需要多练习。（以后单说wood
finishing）
好，下面说方法3. 一看图你就知道很简单。方法3又有B,C,D.

A few months ago I was nominated for Governor of the great State of New York
, to run against Stewart L. Woodford and John T. Hoffman, on an independent
ticket. I somehow felt that I had one prominent advantage over these
