controversial spokesman for the city after the devastating Hurricane
Katrina in 2005, is under investigation by federal authorities, a source
with direct knowledge of the probe said.

New Orleans city administration during his two terms as mayor ending in

Nagin said he expects Gustav to "punch holes in the Harvey Canal," which

The West Bank has 8-foot to 10-foot-high protection, he said. Gustav's storm

建造进度照片公布，而令人惊讶的是，尽管已经开工9年，但是在过去的一年中，两舰
的工程进度十分有限。
在2011年8月公布的“加尔各答”号和“科钦”号的建造照片中，两舰均已下水舾装，
但是几乎全部的电子设备都没有开始安装，没有安装烟囱，说明动力系统中的主机也没
有开始安装。“加尔各答”号上还没有任何武器装备，“科钦”号则只安装了一门俄制
AK-176型76毫米舰炮。两舰完成了舰体的主体结构，但由于印度船厂较低的技术水准，
两舰的完工度都不超过60%。
2012年8月公布的两舰建造照片上，两舰的工程都有所进展。“加尔各答”号已经安装
了相控阵雷达的安装基座，但尚未安装相控阵雷达；烟囱已经安装，说明主机和动力系
统已经基本完成；后桅上的二坐标对空警戒雷达已经安装到位；主炮也已经安装。“科
