以前还可以投个第三党Nader,但是经过了00年Gore vs Bush.Far
left发现怎么都不可以上far right上台。所以现在就算Obama在
很多问题上背离他们，他们除了投Obama也没有选择。当然了
far left在民主党初选还是很有声音的。一个02年伊拉克投票，
就搞得克林顿灰头灰脑的。
Far left有时候也坏事，去年9月份，那个将军回来国会报告。
本来国会的共和党议员就承受着很大的压力。当时伊拉克形势
不像现在，很不稳定。结果moveingon的一个general betreatus,
给了共和党议员talking point.结果那些议员把一个伊拉克辩论，
变成了谴责movingon的辩论。
希望以后，两党都能向中间靠，不要被各自的极端分子绑架了 |

们，前阵子演里根我错过了，这次的主题是尼克松。
准备上来砸砖说PBS是左媒的同学们省着点砖头用。最近的新闻时段PBS放教主跟放老马
的比例差不多，尽管Ifill是黑人，作为一向标榜摆事实的PBS主播，我不觉得她面子上
做的有多biased。有时候不必带着有色眼镜看一切媒体，大选最后阶段请放下砖头，立
地成仁。
题外一句，昨天的新闻时段请来了Nader，谁知道他怎么不上总统辩论？而且居然副总
统姓冈萨雷斯，latino票仓不小啊，怎么没有可劲儿宣传。我
考虑支持这位老兄了。
Nixon专题片有几处好玩。这位仁兄二战回来之后正式从政，从政的基金居然是打仗期
间跟战友打扑克牌赢来的。尼克松打败的第一个对手是加州dem 众议员 Jerry Voorhis
。赢的狠辣手段是让手下的兵们挨家打电话，声称Jerry Voorhis乃共产分子。Jerry
Voorhis输了几十万票，是当时历史上加州民主党输得最惨烈的一次，几十年后接受参
访，Jerry 很受伤。

飞机的法理基础。然而UA的规则里还是可以强制人下飞机，将来这个案子上法院，公司
的律师一定能找到这条强制规则的法理基础。
我大胆假设，如果当年高院的判决不是这样，也许经过四十五年的商业竞争，航空公司
就会把所有机票分成俩等级，一个是不会因为超订下飞机，但是价格贵一些，另外一个
是可能被赶下飞机。
如果有这样的商业规则，这位医生就绝对不会买可能被赶下飞机的机票。今天的这个悲
剧就不会发生。
法律之狮斯加利亚早就说了，简单规则好过没有规则，也常常好过复杂规则。 |

比如汽车设计安全系数比如行车规则等等等等。现在车祸发生死亡率比原来低多了。
