headhunter) 告诉他们我的薪水
(Senior scientist)为8万.我们这个冷门学科的PhD学位2000年以后就没有增加(60-70K
) 很多大公司在你的薪水涨到9万
以后(Boston, MA)就有可能把你裁掉,6万招新人进来(Gillete就这样干)
很多公司实在太吝啬,告诉他们原来的薪水为8万是否会造成他们不愿意和我继续谈

have plaques building up along the coronaries, it's just to what degree and
if they are symptomatic or not,
if your grandma had myocardial infarct at age of 70s, it's not really a

it's hard to have coronary disease for 20 years yet not progressing, so

generally speaking, the 5 major life threatening chest pain related
diagnosis are
aortic disection,
ruptured esophagus,
pneumothorax,
pulmonary embolism,
myocardial infarction,
of the five conditions, aortic disection and ruptured esophagus, patients
mostly die within a couple hours before they had time to reach emergency

low, about 3 to 8 per 10,000 cases, others like infection, bleeding, renal
failure, arrythmia and sometimes patient would be allergic to the dye, and
such are also relatively low, but these are data from the states, and it's
also highly operator dependent, if you have the procedure done in mexico,
the risk is probably a bit higher, |

moderate exercise, not too much which will increase his heart workload.
Control his heart rate, so his heart has more perfusion time. Is he on any

为在国内每次看病有不一定能再挂到同一个大夫的号。 出了冠状动脉痉挛引起的心绞
痛，我爸还有前列腺增生，所以也在吃控制前列腺增生的药。 他现在每天吃一下4种药：
1） Aspirion Enteric-coated tables 阿斯匹林肠溶片
2）Amlodipine Besylate Tables 5mg 洛活喜
治疗前列腺增生的：
3） Prostat Tables 70／4 mg： （普适泰片：良性前列腺增生）
4） Doxazosin Mesylate Extended Release Tables 4mg: Symptomatic treatment of
begin prostatic hyperiplasia & Hypertension（甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释片：良性前列
腺增生对症治疗；高血压）
另外，以下是有不同大夫給开的药，这些药现在都没有吃。原因是不知道哪些该吃，哪

just from the symptoms, it is likely acute myocardial infarction (AMI). it
could also be severe angina without infarction. in the majority of cases,
the primary cause is vascular. alternatively, in certain circumstances,
problems in the conduction system can cause hemodynamic disturbances severe
enough to cause heart attacks.
AMI, depending on where it occurs, can damage the conduction system too.
