然后加入可食用的polymer做成混合液（含有大量水分），后将混合液用casting tool
做成薄膜覆盖在mylar表面，等待水分蒸干后，薄膜可以从mylar表面揭起来。请问薄膜
和mylar之间的作用力是什么作用力？有模型可以描述他们之间的作用么？万分感谢！

我想要制备一些freestanding的薄膜，用来做红外。但是用mylar做基底，光照聚合后
，发现很难剥离（我的薄膜也确实非常软，也有这方面的原因）。我试过将样品反复浸
泡在液氮里面，但是好像也不奏效。可能因为两者的力学性质比较相似。
请问有什么好的方法可以剥离出这样的薄膜啊，多谢了！ |

Mylar袋子的防水，防气，防渗透的能力超强。桶在这里的作用基本上是保护Mylar袋子

cheese cream，donut糖霜。刮下来厚厚一塑料袋，美国食品工业真是浪费。。。
用了无数的simple green和洗洁精，在浴缸里洗刷，腰都要直不起来了。
累得要死，Lows买5个新桶和盖子也只要25-30块钱，劳动回报率比复装子弹还
低了吧？最伤心的是发现只有一个桶是真正的5 gallon bucket，其他三个
4.25 Gal，另一个3 Gal。
Amazon订购的Mylar Bags已经寄到，因为桶比预期小，估计要浪费不少袋子
的空间了，而且总共储存米的重量从预计的350 lb降到了300 lb。
其实Mylar bag + 除氧剂 + 桶，来存长期储备的子弹也是不错的！不知道有谁
这么做过。 |

最近本版讨论应急食品储备比较多，我也来贡献贡献。
首先，应急食品储备有短期和长期之分，像energy bar/MRE之类保质期很有限，不适合
长期储备，更不适合长期食用。建立大量长期食品储备的基本原则："stock what you
eat, eat what you stock"。简单的说，要存你平时吃的东西，而且要定期轮转。
最基本的主食，无非是大米白面。大米是很好的储备粮食，可以直接长期保存。白面就
不行了，长期保存要存麦子或者pasta。现在我们主要谈大米，为什么呢，因为现在是
买米很好的时机，米价是多年来的低点。还记得以前大米接近一块钱一磅的时候吗？现
在costco的黄国宝米只要$0.5/lb。就算加上自己的加工包装成本，也比前几年便宜多
了。
怎么保存呢？铝箔袋氮气无氧密封，再装塑料桶防虫防尘。包装坚固密闭，可以叠放

品，比例大了点，且眼白多、眼珠小，效果不是很好。
要点：
1：钩炳缠铅丝，然后dubbing出形状，不要粗过tube；
2：两段绑。tube从头部插入，先绑尾巴部分，打结。然后剪断tube，绑头部；
3：要用到环氧树脂，沾眼睛和头部，注意不要灌到钩眼中去；
4：使用2x long的效果比较好； |

得回我去Home Depot买的5加仑的桶。加盖子不到4块钱一个。
我现在也已经准备好了Mylar bag + 除氧剂 + 桶，也买了一些米，就是还没有装。这
套组合是老美长期储藏食物的利器。再加上真空吸气，弄好后粮食应该可以储藏25-30

就多说几句我看到的关于话筒滴，
多是我看到滴内容滴总结了。
其实这也是8g滴一种，技术8g。
说，这个电容麦啊，比较经典滴是德国neumann 滴U87。
然后俺们中国银因为以前木有麦克风制造工艺，所以就从仿制U87开始。
里面那块振膜一般主要是Mylar（商品名， 其实就是PET聚酯膜 polyethylene
terephthalate polyester film ）然后镀金变成两面导电滴电容。
这个镀金滴振膜要做出来好像技术上木有问题，有问题滴是怎么把这个振膜给固定到音
头（capsule）上面。这个工艺咱们那时候还木有很好滴解决，后来有几个办法解决了
，但是质量控制却不太能够一致。同一批音头有的好，有的坏。
这就导致了同一个牌子滴，用中国量产滴电容麦音头做的电容麦质量有时会相差很大。
有的会听起来很棒，但有的却很糟糕。
针对这种现状，美国这边就有人想了个办法，我进一批你中国来的用同一批音头滴麦克
，话筒外壳按照我想要的那样设计，（多数仿照U87).拿过来以后我用自己的设备来手
工挑选。

唾沫星子就会迸出，像shotgun霰弹枪射出的子弹那样。
那这个唾沫星子的size比较小，一般不对着光不太会注意，而且有个分布，
很多小到可以直接穿过麦克的金属网眼罩，
然后直接打在振膜上，振膜就为之一振，然后就听到崩的一声，喷麦了。
尼龙丝袜相当于是个size更小的mesh，
作用当然也有缓冲气流的作用，但是更多的我觉得是吸附唾沫星子。
另外，电容麦的振膜是一层mylar，也就是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯（PET)薄膜。
这玩意儿会吸潮，唾沫的成分可能90%以上是水分。唾沫星子打上去以后，
有可能会改变振膜的电机械性能，拾音效果可能会有所变化。 |
