especially myeloma.
我对blue不是很看好,ex vivo成本太高，如果AAV能搞定且持续时间够长，margin比ex
vivo高太多，安全性也比较好。从更长远角度看，crispr干掉lentiviral vector是早

amyloidosis),现在累及到多个脏器包括心脏，胃肠道，肾脏。肾活检病理及刚果红染
色支持诊断，尚未合并骨髓瘤(myeloma).
他这几个月都已经无法正常进食，人已经很虚弱了，皮包骨头。国内虽然有诊断，但是
却拿不出有效的治疗方案。北京上海大医院都看过了。家人急死了，让我问问美国这种

近些日子，中国血液学界内流传着一个关于严重论文抄袭的事件。矛头直指
山西医科大学第一附属医院和第二附属医院血液科。
事情的经过大概是这样的。山西医科大学附属医院的一位医生从Blood（血
液学的权威杂志）杂志上拷贝加工了一篇2007年发表的论文（PMID: 17585052），
投稿到Journal of Hematology & Oncology杂志上。该杂志的主编是个华人叫刘
德隆。要说在国外创办杂志也不容易，起初这个杂志的影响因子并不高，但是这
两年投稿的人多了，水涨船高，影响因子有攀升的趋势。
话说德隆主编收到论文后大喜过望，果真是一篇好文章。他没有山西作者提
供的同行评议者（reviewer）送审。而是送给了更加接近该文章涉及领域的专家。

症（for myeloma）保护，卖得比 Andrulis Pharmaceuticals 的贵 9 倍。可是医生还
是得给病人 Celgene 的药。
Thalidomide 不是柜台药。如果它是个柜台药，那么找到 new indication 又有什么
trick 让病人只能买自己，而不去买对手便宜 9 倍的药呢？是不是没有公司有动力开
发柜台药的 new indication？
BTW, Thalidomide 在国内便宜得不得了。可惜不能卖到美国来。 |
