公司的company multiplier bonus 这么算
如果target bonus x%
如果company multiplier是110%
那么就是: base * x% * 110%
如果公司有company multiplier bonus
每年就是这么多
base + target bonus + company multiplier bonus + RSU
一般每年都有company multiplier bonus吗?

每年还是base + bonus + RSU。你拿到offer letter就清楚了。

各位大侠,我最近复习以前本科学过的lagrange multiplier,结果有点搞糊涂了。
max f(x,y,z)
s.t. g(x,y,z)=0.
用lagrange multiplier的话,得到F(x,y,z)=f(x,y,z)+lambda*g(x,y,z)
那么上面的最优化问题是不是等价于
max F
没有任何附加条件!
另外,对于f的hessian矩阵,正定有local minimum,负定有local maximum,但是这对
于加了限制条件g(x,y,z)=0,是不是还成立呢?
如果不成立,能否导出F的hessian矩阵,然后还是根据正定有local minimum,负定有
local maximum的定理来推出f(不是F)在限制条件g下面的存在local minimum和local
maximum的条件呢?

请问,对于最优化问题
max f(x,y,z)

采用lagrange multiplier的话,得到F(x,y,z)=f(x,y,z)+lambda*g(x,y,z)
那么,上面的最优化问题是不是等价于
max F(x,y,z)
不带任何附加条件!
呢?
另外,如果没有g限制条件的话,我们可以根据f的hessian矩阵Hf来得到f存在local
maximum和local minimum的条件: Hf正定->存在local minimum, Hf负定->存在local
maximum.但是如果加了g限制条件的话,还能根据Hf来得到这些条件吗?我觉得不行。
那么,是否能够根据F的hessian矩阵HF的正定或负定性来得到f(不是F)在g限制条件下
存在local minimum或local maximum的条件呢?

Exponents can be added directly, and mantissas can be multiplied using "two
integer multiplication".

明明就是一个PCI-E的扩展卡,用于外接ESATA口,而且一般也就1、2个PCI-E的端口,
不会更多。
但这个"Port Multiplier"的名字很容易让人误解成为是:一个Esata口被复制出3个
ESata口或更
多。而不是一个Esata口对应一个pci-e

我刚完成FMP3的Java版,就写了一个小小的DEMO,叫做M123,来展示其分布式编程的基
本能力和风格。
FMP3之前的是FMP2,其重点是把一个POJO(plain old object)立即包装成一个service
。这是一个和web service类似的service,有自己的identity和能独立运行。这样,当
一个程序中有多个这样的services后,整个程序就能展现出并发性了。

事实上,我不知道明天或者下周会涨还是跌,但我知道明年或者后年这个时候,情况肯定很糟糕。为什么?因为巨大的inflation很可能会来了。

现在跟70年代不一样了,现在是全球化,美国发行货币,通涨转向海外了。
经济周期里,从底部起来后是要有温和的通涨,不然就没有人愿意买东西了。不都等着
下跌后再买?巨型通胀在目前的经济全球化下几呼是不可能的,中国有多少生产能力?
大大超过了它自己的消费能力,只要中国的大工厂在,没有可能巨型通胀。要有也要等
