真心求教：
1. 知道Montgomery是好学区，但是有没有值得推荐的区域或者要避免的区域？现在观
察房源主要在四个区域：a.Skillman西边靠近601，大概60多万的房子；b.Skillman东
南边靠近206有许多新建的房子，也是60多万，但是面积要小一些，房子间距较小；c.
Belle Mead中间紧贴206的区域，面积稍大，多在75万以上，豪宅区？d:Belle Mead最
北边Pike Run那一片，房子较新，50万左右居多。
2. 两个小孩要上daycare, The Learning Experience (北边206上）和 New Horizons
Montessori(南边518路边）怎么样？如果你家小孩在上，能否提供一些信息，我可以列
你为推荐人。不知还有别的选择吗？
3. 不知道Montgomery有没有中国人的微信群，可以大人一起打球，小孩play date？

天气预报周六是晴天, 如果大家没有其他计划可以考虑出门hiking
打算去 Fort Montgomery State Historic Site, 附近有山有水, elevation也不是很高

地图上部红旗处出发, 蓝线, 然后红线绕湖走一圈, 继续蓝线顺着Popolopen Creek走
到Popolopen Trone, 走完蓝线的loop上山下山, 之后顺着红线走到高速, 过了桥回到红旗处.
hiking结束后可以有很多活动, 大家自己活动了. 可以在FM看看风景, 有兴趣的也可以去Bear |

一般的路还可以，堵车什么也行。就是不敢开三番的那个大坡。
不知道从montain view/palo alto那边过去到Montgomery St ，如果自己开车的话，会
不会遇到花街前面类似的大坡？
如果开车到附近的Muni station,方便快捷的，怎么过去呢？应该去哪个站？（说是4
blocks up from the Montgomery Bart/Muni station）

是小学的孩子们只能跟着自己的班级上课。老师会把班上的孩子分组。然后分组教学。
现在有个简单的问卷，能帮助我们了解curriculum 2.0 math的执行情况。是铁板一块
，还是有flexibility。
1）小学名称；
2）小学有没有math extension；
3）如果有，math extension是怎么组织的？
- 是否所有的grade都有？
- 老师教还是家长教？
- 什么教材？
- 怎么挑的学生？
- 有没有学校的监管？

根据builder指定的 mortgage公司的人说的,只对新建的房子,要buyer交,大概是半年的
property tax.跟Transfer TAX 和 property tax分开的. 如果closing的时候不预交到
escort account的话过几周就会收到bill.是交到county的.一直没有听说过,在网上也
找不到任何资料.
还有就是买新建的话transfer tax一般全部都是由buyer出吗?
初次买房,问题多多.多谢指教! |

楼梯和二层的卧室全换新的普通地毯。第一次做，目前打算的是自己去homedepot或
lowes买料，然后找contractor装。不知道这是不是最好的方法。大家也给个建议。另
外上来问问大家montgomery county有没有好的contractor推荐，中国人和外国人都行
