冰雪覆盖面积不小。我们两口子算不上真正的登山爱好者。一般也就在风和日丽的天气
里走一天。唯一一次在雪上行走的经历是在tuckerman ravine滑野雪，不过连crampons
都没用上。有朋友想在夏天爬Mont Blanc请我们一起去。说是3天训练2天跟向导登顶。
LD欣然同意跟着去凑热闹，我觉得3天训练太耽误功夫也不想辛苦自己，在雪线下溜达
看风景好了。我还查了他们的登山路线，准备跟他们在雪线下走一段。
到了发现所谓3天训练其实只有第一天是教基础知识和技术，继绳子，穿crampon,用冰
斧之类。其余4天1个向导带2人差不多想去哪去哪。登顶要看天气，4天时间机会多些。
有不少人已经不是第一次来了，为了登顶。课程星期一开始，当时的天气预报是从星期
3开始可能有雷雨。朋友高山反应比较厉害，又被第2天要用冰斧攀爬的陡坡吓了一下，
基本放弃了登顶的想法。周3给自己放了一天假。向导带着LD一人先坐缆车到Aigulle

胡乱补充一些，
Monte Carlo methods定义非常广，譬如你若想找出 pi的估计值可以用如下Monte
Carlo
method: 画个正方形，在里面画个内切圆；然后均匀撒米到正方形里面；最后数落在正
方形里面和
圆里面米的数量；那么 pi 就约等于 4*n_circle/n_square 。
不严谨的说Monte Carlo methods差不多就是把一个难解决的问题分成相对简单的“一
小步一小
步”去做，得到一个近似答案。
MCMC的话是应用monte carlo steps和markov chain的equilibrium性质generate
sample，主要是sample from posterior distribution因为它们很多形式都是乱七八糟
的很
难sample。

Monte Carlo method是一般意义的随机模拟方法，它首先得抽样，再做统计计算，估
计期望。
根据抽样方式的不同，可以对monte carlo分类。如，常见的是简单随机抽样，也即iid
方式，这也就是大众理解的monte carlo方法，如用来计算PI值的积分模拟方法。当不
是iid方式，也就是说样本不独立，同分布也难定，那种类就很多，较简单的是，抽样
是对Markov Chain 特征的总体，这些样本在较短时间内不独立，但充分长时间内的样
本之间是独立的，当然前提条件是这个Markov Chain 是稳态的，也即能达到统计物理
上的平衡。对Markov Chain 抽样不能用简单的类似求PI值一样的方式，而常采用
Metropolis抽样方式，首先模拟总体生成一个满足要求的Markov Chain，再对这个链进
行抽样，再做统计计算，当然还得先对这些来自Markov Chain的样本进行关联性分析。
这种Monte Carlo方法就是Markov Chain Monte Carlo。

降低sample的size
还有就是如果我已经有了一组uniform distribution([-a, a]区间内均匀分布）对应的
monte carlo数据，有没有一种方法快速找出另外一组uniform distribution([-ra, ra
], r<1)对应的monte carlo数据，或者说利用reference uniform distribution产生的
monte carlo数据generate某一个performance的expectation value或者probability。

一般来说,给定一个分布(如weibull),可以使用monte carlo方法来
simulate 这个随机到达,然后计算这个simulation的confidence.对吗?
现在我的问题是给定分布和某个simualtion的confidence,
要求产生这个simualtion,这样做可行么?如何做呢?

一个最简单的Monte carlo simulation问题，百思不得其解。
假设有一个data set，里面的数只由1和0构成，我们要找出其中1的比例。现在用Monte
Carlo simulation来估计这个比例。
第一次循环，如果采到的是1，那么variance就是0了，再算the coefficient of
variation,得到的是0. 这样的话，这个simulation在第一个循环就停止了。。。再看
采到0的情况也一样。各位大侠，帮我看看我错在什么地方？ |

所以只要外界能量输入速度没快到破坏各态历经性，monte carlo方法都是有效
的。
具体技巧可以参考下monte carlo方法模拟simulated annealing和quench

新换的四个轮胎只跑了1万迈，凭发票life time free tire rotation
车保养很好，我只用autozone的品牌high mileage机油，而非修车铺的回收油，oil
filter一般用Fram的。Engine air filter是今年冬天刚换的。
Monte Carlo用的是金属的timing chain，和橡胶的timing belts不同，终身无需更换
和担心断裂。
车身右后方在停车场被撞凹了一点，不影响开关门，更不影响驾驶。

Alphago不是依靠monte carlo才赢的吧. 是另外一个方法才能大量精简了二叉树, 所以
速度才快很多. |
