首先说明，该合作者即不是导师，也不是同事，只是在学术上超前我多年的教授，有一
定的地位。本人因为写论文有明显短板，不得已将他作为合作者。
本人的短板是：
1）英语写作一般；
2）性格毛躁，论文基本上都会有typo，语法，时态，和缺词少句的现象。
由于这两个毛病，起初论文发表非常困难。在他的帮助下，文章慢慢发表。虽然也不容
易，但基本上不会因为typo 和语法错而直接拒掉。在这一点上，我要永远感谢他。
我认为，他的贡献主要是文字润色和修饰。但是，最近越来越多的迹象表明，他好像认
为不仅仅是这些（实际情况：他拿我（他认为是我们的）的研究和我的PPT去做大会报
告keynote（有时会提一下我是合作者）；闲聊时用“我们的那篇论文”来指称有他为
合作者的论文！）。
所以，现在越来越不想加他为合作者了。现在已经合写论文很长时间（有十几篇了）。
近两年很多时候，都是在投稿前夕才决定加上他名字，由他做最后的修改（当然了，还
是自己没有把握——要命的短板了！）。
现在想独立写书（Research Monograph），另外，意识到可以用课题经费请Technical

。你除非看過各種Medieval studies的專著，否則要小心這種暢銷書作者譁眾取寵、以
偏概全的東西。
Manchester本身不是專業歷史學家，最後也就是一個Adjunct教授，還是幾十年前。他
的書放在中國就是袁騰飛、于丹、南懷瑾、柏楊、李敖的水平。不要被這種人騙到。想
看中世紀歐洲，去library.nu，隨便上千本university press出版的monograph，比這
種東西有價值的多。
中國在1989年之前社會道德絕對比現在高，1949年之前也絕對比現在高，1895、1840..

peer review的文章重要把
不知道monograph是不是introduction， methods， results， discussion每个一个独
立chapter，像journal publication那样主题比较单一的
而multiple-paper 就是先总的一个概述，然后每一章像一篇paper的形式，有独立
intro/method/results/discussion？，然后最后再来一总结的chapter
如果是的话，按我们这前人的说法，前者是给没有太多数据的人准备的。如果博士阶段
做了很多project，发了3-4篇文章就用后者 |

刚收到律师的信说他收到了NOID。
我们单位是美国去年第一的医院，只给senior的researcher办EB1B. 律师说这还是第一
次收到NOID，说“ we have never gotten a response like this from a case like

这真是晴天霹雳啊。

1. PA+++ is a rating system in Japan. However, in USA, according to the FDA
most recent monograph (issued on June 14, 2011) for the sunscreen products,

为什么2011年6月14号是个开始呢，这天是所有美国从事防晒品研制，开发，生产，销
售的元年元月元日。 话说那天美国FDA 正式公布sunscreen monograph 2011。 也就是
说，自从1978年美国的食物与药品管理局正式发布在美国销售的防晒产品的第一条规章
制度到2011年6月14号这天，时隔33年后，最终确定并公布了所有在美国年销售额超过2
万5千美元的防嗮用品在市场的规章制度，并且规定这一规章制度的有效期从2012年6月
13号这天正式开始。
那么有那些规范呢？ 摘录几条大家比较关心的： 第一，所有SPF 超过50的全部绝迹
！！！ FDA 规定，超过SPF 50 的产品只能在标签上标注 ： SPF 50+ , 也就是说，在

read such a deep theoretical monograph. But if one has never heard of this
book and claims that he can do research in algorithms/TCS, I cannot call it
anything except a joke. That's just like a person not knowing about Newton's
laws does research in physics.

国内有关面粉增白剂的争议已经有一段时间了。说是争议，其实在媒体上听到的几乎是
一面倒地认为面粉增白剂有害无益应该被禁用的专家意见。据报道，商务部、国家发改
委、质检总局、工商总局都同意取消面粉增白剂，只有卫生部反对。直到最近，卫生部
终于让步，对是否禁止使用面粉增白剂公开征求意见，公告称将设1 年的过渡期限，拟
从明年12月起禁用面粉增白剂。这个决定也受到了众多质疑，网上的调查结果显示，90
%%以上的人赞成禁用面粉增白剂。
食品添加剂长久以来已被妖魔化，人们对之本就疑虑重重，巴不得什么食品都是“纯天
然”，如果换一种食品添加剂做调查，结果估计也差不多。但是监管部门在决定批准或
禁用某种食品添加剂时，应该有合理的科学依据。如果有科学证据表明面粉增白剂真的
