Although shares are in a death spiral, Oracle is upgrading shares from Buy
to Strong Buy with a price target of $50.00.
The firm notes that MCP is below the IPO price and below paid-in capital.
MCP has raised a total of ~$2.3 billion, and at today's price shares are at
a market cap of $1.1 billion.

informed by the staff of the SEC that it completed its investigation of the
accuracy of the Molycorp's public disclosures, and it is not recommending
that any enforcement action be taken against the Company. Molycorp is now up
0.39 on 252K shares.
Molycorp rose during the first 2 hours of trade Thursday and finished with a

当日本还在敦促中国恢复对其稀土出口的时候，市场这只“看不见的手”已经在起作用
。全球市场上，与稀土相关的企业受到全球投资者的热捧，稀土价格暴涨，稀土公司股
票在飙升。不过，市场分析人士指出，现在的稀土价格已经开始充盈着泡沫，不会支撑
太久。
根据美国加州一个专门研究小型公司成长的研究网站--凯泽底层鱼网站(Kaiser Bottom

Wednesday. This means over 39 million Molycorp shares will be unlocked and
early investors and company insiders can sell those shares to recognize some

surged 86% in the past six months.
