没摊上事儿的，可以假设坏人不存在。 摊上事儿的，可以一直恼火自己过去为什么不
注意。 现实是，你永远不可能事先知道会是那种情况。
我们这里，各方面讲都是很好的学区了。前天刚收到一个email，通知某初中刚被
arrest了一个老师， child molestation。 一切都在under investigation －－ 估计
那个学校的家长们该闹心了。这种事情，事后去找fact总是很难。到底molest了多少孩
子、哪些孩子、自己的孩子上过那个老师的课没有...sigh, 最好是不需要worry这些问
题。
去年，另外一个小学也抓了一个， possession of child pornography －－网上被发
现的，FBI还是什么警察直接抄家去了，有没有在本校、本地犯事儿未知。
害人之心不可有，但防范的基本套路还是该学一些的。 类比：不要以为美国的规矩是
汽车让行人，就不教孩子如何遵守交通规则了。同样，不要以为坏人的比例很低，就试
图自己去判断谁是坏人，不是坏人的都当是好人。
