简直是好吃到吞舌头啊各位！
我做烤鸡也做过N>10只了，这次的这个绝对是最最最moist最最最香的！吐血推荐啊！
而且无比简单啊有木有！
鸡摸盐胡椒架在烤盘上，烤箱预热400F，放进去烤20分钟，烤箱温度降低到250度烤1小
时，然后烤箱温度提高到450度再考15到20分钟，就好啦！！
鸡皮超级超级脆啊！鸡肉超级超级moist超级超级嫩啊！简直好吃到吞舌头啊！！！ |

basil的橄榄油，然后把家里有的那点seasoning都上了， 盐，胡椒，sage leaves,
jerk seasoning,盐确实抹的很大方
然后按部就班， 400F，20分钟，250度烤1小时，看了楼上怕油烟，调到445，20分钟，
太尼玛好吃了！！！鸡肉特别MOIST，连鸡胸都是啊，就算没腌也很入味，鸡皮特别的

acuvue trueye 明显比 1-moist好，可能是我一只左眼，一只右眼试的
ciba也有一种1日抛的，比1day moist便宜，但是不如1day moist舒适
acuvue oasys比ciba那个1 day and night（月抛）好，在华人上看很多人推荐ciba所
以才试的，觉得还是oasys好
不考虑价钱，肯定选trueye。但是俺穷，今年就先oasys |

Moist 1day比较容易干也比较薄，运动时出汗擦脸不小心碰到眼睛，能把Acuvue Moist
1day给挤到眼角，还得拿出来从新带，所以我出门都带上备用的。从早带到晚还是很
容易黏在眼球上不好摘下来。
不过我还是喜欢用日抛型的，比较方便，而且不是天天带隐形，用日抛型比较好。

为本身眼睛就比较干，一天戴下来恐怕会很难受。
oasys是不错，不过戴到2周到后期也是比较干的，而且平时冲洗护理麻烦。
另外谁知道那种滴眼睛保湿的眼药水长期用安全吗？

第一次在苗圃买了两棵开花结果的中型树，吃上了一些果子。其间学习得知蓝莓要强酸
性土，南加土壤碱性要改良。试过各种土壤酸化，可是一年后两棵树还是仙去了。
第二次买蓝莓树的时候已经熟悉Home Depot/Lowes，知道春天有便宜的蓝莓小苗，而且

We found no clear spatial pattern of S. mansoni and hookworm eggs in fecal
samples. Homogenization decreased S. mansoni FECs (p = 0.026), while no
effect was observed for hookworm and other soil-transmitted helminths.
Hookworm FECs decreased over time. Storing stool samples on ice or covered
with a moist tissue slowed down hookworm egg decay (p<0.005).
