家Ulf到现在还有些晕车，我们的办法是在他呆的笼子里喷上calming spray，从加拿大
一直开到德州，表现不错~mm可试一试。我们启程前还给他们喂了calming treat,不过
如果不是远距离应该不用。 |

其实PIT BULL挺好养的。 不过和GSP一样非常非常的有活力。 一天不去DOG CARE就在
家里火箭一样串。
这２种狗都很需要TRAINING， TRAIN好了， GREAT DOG， TRAIN不好那就是生不如死。
PIT BULL在美国成见非常的大， 如果养， 要做好到那里都被别的狗主人嫌弃的准备。
没养过之前我偏向GSP不过现在我会倾向PIT BULL。 几乎所有非ABUSE过的PIT BULL都
特别的喜欢人。 不过对狗都非常的EXCITING而且玩起来都会很ROUGH。 另外PIT BULL
不能打。 |

than default setting , when using ABI's Power SYBR® Green PCR Master
Mix to do realtime pcr? this is my first time to work with sybr green.
I designed a bunch of primers, and just found the Tm of all oligos (by
VECTOR NTI's oligo analysis) is 5 degree higher than that primer express 2.0
calculated.

estimation you can get using 3 replicates for each species. For the second
step, you forget about the errors in the genotype and assume they are 100%
correct. Then you do the linear mixed model for whatever your analysis is.
The kinship is used as random effect to control for the relateness of the

在有些区域，D1, D2很大。
用explicit finite difference解，发现run了很长时间后有些区域f开始有negative值，
物理上f应该一直是正的。不知道为什么？用stability analsys，dt取得足够小了。 |
