辩论转成为，mitten的个人表述， 成功与否取决于支持他的选民更多或者反对他的选
民更多。
08ma主要是在PA, 对自己的表述不够， 即使少量表述， 也都被用过去4年没有进步，
加州太阳能公司的default, mitten在麻州的教育成功经历所牵扯。
debate的成败在于赞同mitten的人多还是反对他的人多。 08马今晚基本就是酱油了。
点评几点， 08ma应该是想mitten to war来frighten老美。 不过mitten在外交上虽然
tough但是还是claim要peace. 08ma在强调mitten要增加军费上比较着重和成功， 但是
被mitten充分阐述， 他的horses & bayonet反例虽然比较浅薄但是应该比较能讨好无
脑小年轻。 mitten的军费增加必要性阐述不清楚。
在教师， 教师工会， medicare交给state上面， mitten的阐述比较合理， 虽然很多

其实滞美华人的政治取向属于被动取向。 gop推出来bush这样的neo-con， 就只能被
动的去支持gore / kerry, 现在左派成了极端巴马的天下， 也只能去支持mitten,

和Trump是最接近的。 除了globalization的环节。
但是Trump也不是反贸易的， 他是认可交易利益的， 但是认为美国在现在这个全球化

冬天卖滑雪gear的店一般卖普通滑雪手套的同时也有卖mitten的。
如果就是跑步用，买双戴着舒服，里面能再戴付魔术手套或者liner的就可以了。
如果需要雨/雪中跑，可以考虑一下防水性能。
另外如果你手不是很大，可以考虑买kids/junior的，比adult的便宜很多。
你们那里有REI吧？去看看，挑一付便宜的mitten就好了，
如果不考虑防水性能，买fleece的就可以。
可能太heavy duty的跑步用不是太舒适。
关键是要跑到时候经常活动手指，这也是为啥我觉得mitten好的地方，
活动起来方便，冷了还可以握拳取暖。 |

是经历过应试教育的，但是在美国研究生院则受到过比较美国化的 critical
thinking style 学习，中国学校是满堂灌，然后你必须按照标准答案背书应考。在美
国，我们有更多讨论课，集体项目（project)测验，都是需要你或者一个或全体队员提
出方案，然后你的队友伙伴和你一起讨论如何拿出最后的最优答卷。
我在公司还参加了创新 brain storming 之类的活动，带头的特意强调，无论你的或
别人的意见多奇怪，多不成熟，都不要怕说出来。同时，也要积极对提出的方案进行评
估，可以是大方向挑战，也可以是细枝末节，知无不言，言无不尽。
我孩子的幼儿园老师鼓励孩子对各种事情进行评论，说是从小培养 critical thinking

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般

但是睡觉前的story time有时候念英语绘本。
他目前的英语单词量是多少，我们也说不准。
但是Clifford的书的单词他能有一半认识吧。

现在医疗行业得不到法律保护。随便什么事都能闹一下，没办法，中国是死者为大。
比如摔倒。这在老人中是很普遍的事，不管是老人院还是医院。因为美国老人有
MEDICARE/MEDICAID，摔了就是摔了，摔死了医院/老人院都不用负太多责任。受伤了MEDICARE自然会COVER治疗的开支。没有护士手上没有病人摔过的。这个事，你找律师告都赢不了什么，只要医院有做预防措施。
摔的原因很多，有病人自己CONFUSED，有身体弱突然头晕的，当然也有因为病人的尿布
没有及时更换导致病人AGITATED。但是，不管怎么说，摔了就可能受伤，就可能死。
试想一下，中国如果某个老人在医院或是正规的老人院摔死了家属会怎么办？肯定是停
尸大闹。最后医院在被闹的基础上，塞钱了事。不管是不是自己的原因。稳定第一。
