now I can see what Ryan Hall was talking about. too focused too soon, and
you can end up feeling crappier with more training. trying to train for a 5K
and a marathon at the same time is a terrible idea. the speed sessions were
too focused, and undermined my tempo runs. I'm in no shape to race a 5K
right now, will scrap my 5K plan and treat it as a speed work. With six

running for the last 3 hours. A few minutes ago I was at the aid station at
mile 13.9, snatched a few boiled potatoes dipped in salt, grabbed a quarter
peanut butter sandwich, and dropped a Nuun electrolyte tablet in my
waterbottle. Any other day, I would have been wondering, how could I
possibly run THAT slow, covering only 14 miles in 3 hours? But today,

Other than that, all the rest of their preformances were nearly perfect. If
i remembered correctly, they got full score from 3 judges on the spot out
of the last 2 or 3 performances.
She pushed herself very hard for this show indeed. She had surgery on her
neck (putting some nails there) just for this show. Her partner can be her
son's age but they were seamless most of time.

ignores. What begins as an opportunity to portray a "non-traditional" family
falls into stereotypes that drag down the entire story.
Early on in the film, Bening and Moore make love while watching gay male
pornography. This scene leads to a predictable moment in which their son
finds the video and then one of the mothers finds him watching it, but the
payoff is hardly worth the unlikely setup.

Being married is a funny thing. We take someone we love and are so excited
about and then we make them ordinary. I am a yoga teacher and every once in
awhile someone asks me if I still love yoga, even though it’s my job. Of
