学城，感受一下美国最最更新的、流行的、时髦的文化，这些大学城更适合年青人玩。
美国的州立大学所在的城市和校园附近很值得参观和定居，这是对美国最新文化的一种
认识和接触 甚至是感受，校友的影响力（有点像清华的校友会那样）足以影响本州的
经济和政治，甚至是整个国家范围。
特别是8月底开始后 到1月中旬，一定要去看看 顶尖联盟（Division I-A）的大学校，
大部分都是公立学校，私立的数量少（校友会的影响不强）。 比如说 大12联盟 东
南联盟 大西洋海岸联盟 太平洋12联盟 等等 ...
做了一个列表 是以联盟的字母顺序排列。 如果是经常在美国旅游，可以一个一个玩下
来下面的大学城，玩下大部分的这些地方，对美国的认识可能会上一个台阶，其中有很
多大学城离 自然风景区 也很近 （比如像华盛顿，科罗拉多 大学 等） 我近几年国内
游会把自然风景和大学城旅游耦合在一起。

River下游一些地方的养鱼塘里的杂草和藻类物质清洁困难，就去亚洲国家买了几种鲤
鱼，想利用其强大吃喝能力来清理鱼塘杂草和污染。
鱼买来后，放入水塘，另外也有很少量的一些放入了当地河道里。但随后，由于下雨发
了混水，不少鱼塘里的鱼借机跑到了河里，结果就越繁衍越多，并沿着Mississippi
River 逆流而上，把其流域的大小河流全部攻陷。
这Asian Carp, 通常有20到30来磅，最大的可以长到4尺长，110磅上下。每天要吃到自

钱就飞车去了。快12点到的，周三晚上人也挺多，只比周末稍微少点儿。我最喜欢休闲
时候玩的Mississippi Stud只有两桌，都坐满了，还有大烟枪在座，看着就讨厌。
旁边Caribbean Stud很冷清，就一个人。我玩Caribbean Stud好像就赢过一次，反正也
是混时间，就买了100先玩着好了。玩了大概二十几分钟，就剩15块了，旁边
Mississippi Stud还是满的，草，成本这么高还没爽到，不等了。
去看了看Pai Gow，dealer慵懒的发牌慢死了，一晚上玩不了多少把。
想到好久没玩hold'em了，决定去玩会儿，不然跟不上形势了。5块钱的桌没座了，就玩
2块钱的。买了180，再加手上的15。上桌一玩就玩了3个半小时，累了，估计
Mississippi Stud该有空位了，cashout 940，今晚运气不错。
Mississippi Stud桌上就一个人了。我买了200，玩了一个小时，快6点了，实在是累了
，cashout 575。运气还不错。

我就google到了本版内小柯的文章。关于她的文章写得多么好，就不必赘言了。这里简
单介绍一下我按照她文章提供的攻略进行了一次4天的实践。
我们住在conversion center 对面的marriot hotel。每天的活动都是从这里出发的。
我们到达的当天是周五。虽然感觉春天已经来了，NO的气温从傍晚开始还是迅速降低。
尤其从hotel走向french quarter的路上，从river walk 方向吹过来的冷风让饥肠辘辘
的我们不由地打了两个寒颤。同事建议我们的第一站应该是去喝杯热咖啡。于是大家沿
着 S peter street 向著名的Cafe Du Monde 进发。这是一间建立自1862年的法国式咖
啡馆。每人一杯Au Lait咖啡，两块撒了糖粉的法式doughnuts；看着热闹喧哗的顾客和
waiter，暖意驱走了寒冷。周五的傍晚，French quarter的街头到处是人群。沿着大街
