刚看了guide 说minimal和Cushioning 现在科学也不知道到底哪个对

每个跑上1迈，你脚腿会告诉你喜欢哪一个的。然后把不要的鞋都退掉好了。才开始找
鞋，要有神农尝百草的精神，人家说说啥，都是人家的事，最后鞋子在你脚上，冷暖自
知，让你的脚腿坐主。
我开始跑，随便穿了鞋，然后膝盖刺痛，买了很多也退了很多鞋，花了不好运费，但是
值得啊！最后才知道自己脚丫子是喜欢受虐的型号，以后买鞋我就只看我喜欢的类型了
。你可能也要经历这一番周折，毕竟每个人脚腿的情况不同。
鞋店推荐的，可以忽略之，小二咋能知道你啥情况，都是按保守的吃不死人的药给你开

发帖数: 3431 | 14 是的，我觉得这是一个本质的区别。现代Alpine滑法，carving的实质，讲的是利用ski
的sidecut去转弯，用的力道仅仅是把ski压弯，with minimal steering。因为是靠ski
edge的弧线滑，所以前提就是constant snow contact。竞技蘑菇滑法，靠heavy knee
steering，而且器材上也是传统的直ski，没有太多sidecut的。
看了这些内容，我上周末练习的时候，就注意去体会各种不同程度的steering的感觉，
从minimal steering的圆滑carved turn过渡到wiperblade风格的快速窄turn。练下来
，主动体会了两种滑法的区别，就觉得没有前阵子那么迷茫了。
另外一个很大的区别就是stance/position。bumper讲的是tall stacked position，
drive torso upwards and forwards. Alpine讲的是crouched althlete position, 往
侧前方drive hip来set edge angle |

以了，化妆底手法很考究，化不好妆底五官都化好了也白搭。我要认真化妆的时候花在
妆底上的时间是整个时间的一半。
皮肤的prep
化妆必需有好的肤况，上妆底才会伏贴不会浮粉。平时我如果化妆的话都特别淡，不会
化整套。如果有个什么occasion，需要化好点的，我会提前几天就开始注意“抱佛脚”
加倍保养皮肤，比方唇膏随时涂着，白天用fresh的sugar唇膏，晚上睡前用philosophy
的kiss me tonight。皮肤也是加紧早晚认真护肤，有痘的话多擦着点md formulations
glycare acne gel，一天多擦几次，可以帮助痘痘快点干掉。多喝水，少吃刺激性的
食物例如辛辣油腻。化妆前晚或当天敷一张保湿面膜。然后多拍两遍水，上emulsion之
后，上防晒，化妆的话我喜欢用shiseido一款白的液体状防晒而非lotion状的，因为液
体的轻薄一点吧。如果粉底本身也带spf的话，我就会跳过防晒这一环节，尽量除了比

他也是数理逻辑界成名的人物，看看他的论文：
