reviews, which is designed to address the issue you raised.
Again, there could be a few bad groups that completely screwed up reorgs.
But normally reorgs hurt out-of-favor middle management much more than
developers.
If you are terribly hurt by a reorg, then congratulations! You almost made
it. =)

千万别相信这个匿名feedback，太容易猜出来了。就算你说的都是真的，有理有据，当
头的哪那么容易被你搞定的。给你几个小鞋，最后给你个烂review，你死了都没人埋。
楼上说的赶紧走人是真。
亲身经历，当年误以为可以匿名发帖，就发了帖了。结果老板一下就猜出是谁发的帖了
，结果midyear discussion的时候给了一堆negative feedback。害得我后面过得胆战
心惊，好在后来狂拍马屁补了点血。就这样后来还是自己主动走人了。
后来发现我们那个头其牛无比。当时他手下两个中国人在annual review前换组，他居
然毫发无伤，自己拍拍屁股从test lead变成了pm lead，反而我们那个partner
manager过了两天发email说retire了--我觉得他还风华正茂呢。
从此后再不相信所谓的制度。

. there are a lot of opportunities to talk to their residents. I heard a lot
of people are very up front about their experience. All you need to do is
talking to people and asking about their experience. hope this helps. |

，有一位同学竟然拿着笔记，回答的时候还在不停的低头看笔记。语言组织的也不好，
没有条理，土生土长的美国人。这样的面试态度实在让我们没办法接受，幸好只遇到了
一个。
对于为什么要选择去这所学校这个问题，也要好好准备一下。如果你不是州内的学生，
最好仔细研究一下学校网站上特别是药学院最新的动态。我们学校最近正在改
Curriculum,在一年级到三年级中间加了大量的实习，而在四年级剪掉的一个rotation,
为了大家能去midyear和有时间准备申请住院药剂师。不少学生从我们的网站上看到了
这一点。而且我们有非常好的教学医院。最有意思的是，一个学生说了几点理由之后最
后一点是他觉得自己穿上我们学校颜色的衣服非常好看。还有的州内的学生说我们州的
pharmacy association和学校，学生非常的close,学生在这里可以有很多机会参与。 |

For me, I have never been to any national meetings yet, and I feel I didn't
miss anything. For family reasons, I cannot apply nation wide, and in fact,
I didn't even want to commute for more than 30 minutes, so I only applied
for 3 programs within 30 minutes from my house. Being focused and not
applying too many programs makes the matching much simpler.
If you do not have geographic restriction, and would like to see programs in

1． 申请的地方太少鸟。。。我申请了7个top notch super competitive programs
。具体哪里就不说了。你要是往名气很高的医院申请，或者big medical center
affiliated with med school/pharm school肯定是非常competitive的。全国各地的优
秀学生都会往那里申请。就算你个人资历再丰富，和你一起竞争的总有比你优秀的。鄙
人有一堆leadership positions，volunteer, organization involvement, 还有
teaching experience, research experience, poster at national conference, GPA

发帖数: 5769 | 35 一个亚裔MM做的presentation，介绍了Rutgers industry fellowship。
她是1 year fellowship，很喜欢，目前是做benicar的公司的fellowship。
大概传达一下这个program的内容：
1，PharmD毕业才能进program，在midyear上做三轮interview，要交PS，三封推荐信。
2，不给办visa,所以要绿卡或者公民。
3，1-2年program，我问了区别在哪里，MM说都差不多，做2年的通常是做完1年还不明
确自己的目标的。哈哈
4，PAY， 比一般医院residency拿的稍为多一些，4-5万之间，我们一个P2学长说他知
道有一家制药公司给到6万多的。fellowship之后拿到Full time job，平均在10-11万
一年。
5,出差机会多，还有机会去欧洲和中国，关键看你的host company了。
6，就业机会满大，好像95%以上，因为network比较强吧。
7，机会多，可以去制药公司，也可以去FDA等等。（去FDA一定满爽哈！）

上届的rho chi主席也是去了Rutgers fellow.

一对一问问题的机会。你要有问题准备好，他们也会问你一些基本问题。
是不是之后还是要去面试一下-是，之后的面试才是正事的
这个pps只是增加面试的机会--也可能会减低你面试的机会
pps有很多招人的公司也会去，不知道主要是什么类型的公司和工作-pps有company
directory，你可以看看有谁来
还有就是怎么才能更好的利用这个midyear meeting呢--早起吃有早餐的CE，晚餐找好

建议不在ASHP官方网站上订VIP，如果直接机票旅馆一起订便宜多了，刚查了下EXPEDIA
,LUXOR一共600多一点，包括机票加5个晚上。不过还是没订哦，工作上有些事情得先安
排下。
