距离:27.5km
时间:2h34min
温度:赶上欧洲寒流，大概-5度左右吧
人物；菜鸟
今天的比赛,不是全程也不是半程,可能是冬季的原因，除了全程外，
只有27.5km和18km。其中27.5km挺适合我作为巴黎马拉松之前的一
次长距离LSD练习，所以报了巴黎马上就报了这个比赛。2011年11月
正式开始跑步，在12月17日跑过一次半程马拉松，所以今天的
27.5km对我而言都是全新。没什么目标，只是想
1.跑完,按照心率跑.(平均速度跟一个多月前斑马差不多，心率下降10bpm/min)
2.跑个negative split
3,不受伤
基本上完成目标，

repeatedly show up at a given slope in the spring, making it easier to hunt
than midwinter fresh pow. I have seen folks move from lower mountain to
higher mountain on the same day so that they always get the best out of a
spot.
btw, the corn snow at backcountry is very different from the slushy snow in
resort. The untracked snow is floaty, supportive and buttery.
